OK place to stay
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time was a triple room on the first floor with the window onto the walkway facing into the courtyard. This time we were on the top floor with the window onto the street. The room was quite old not everything worked, however it was adequate for one night. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the price is good.

Cons:

Didn't like the room we were in very much, but we have stayed before in a better room and would stay again.. The WiFi was poor, possibly because we were on the top floor in the corner. The TV didn't work.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Location is good, close to town and shops. Room was very large, beds comfortable. Bathroom was good with warm water in the shower. There is a large fridge available in the office. WiFi was very good. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

There is no shared kitchen. I asked for the kitchen and was pointed to a restaurant over the road. Maybe it was a communication issue as I don't speak Spanish and they didn't speak English

Very friendly staff, clean room with everything we needed, secure parking, easy check in and out.
Pros:

For a $20 room, it was above and beyond expectations. There was hot water, TV, a fan, clean towels, soap and shampoo, etc. Checking in and out was easy. There was gated parking. Great!

Cons:

The attached restaurant didn,t open at the times advertised on the door. We tried to ask about it, but we didn't speak the language, so no harm, no foul.

A really difficult experience, with children, running around, making terrible noise, too much heat in the room, no water

Nothing.

Cons:

The room was too hot, because there was no ventilation. In the morning of our stay, there was no water, which continued until evening. This place really shouldn’t belong with booking.com. It’s just not up to standard.

Facilities were so bad, we had to refuse the rooms and go to another hotel.
Pros:

Receptionist was kind, and understanding that the Hotel did not live up to the pictures and add posted on Booking. He was helpful in showing us the rooms, and understood that we had to refuse the rooms and go somewhere else.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty, and smelly. Ambiance was NOT family friendly, and completely inapropriate for the youth group we were traveling with. Hotel has not yet refunded our booking fee.

Pros:

Nothing. It was horrible. Do not stay here

Cons:

I hated everything. Filled with roaches, dust on the beds. My room didn't come with a tv, then workers lied and said I asked for one with out a TV. Probably had rats. It was horrible. Had to go to another hotel and lost my money but it's fine

Pros:

The owner is amazingly friendly, if you have the luck to meet her

Cons:

A bit further from the centre; at about 3am a group of probably accomodated guy started partying as hell somewhere around, I was wishing there were a possibility to reprove them (not really a complaint tho)
