Very pleasant, restful, enjoyable stay and delicious food served by friendly people.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The dinner was absolutely amazing, and so was the breakfast. Spa facilities rather small but very pleasant and clean.

Cold shower
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant is relaxed and food was great

Cons:

Noticed by email that the boiler had broken and no hot water. Suggested we could shower in the Golf changing rooms at the other end of the hotel.
Nothing offended to compensate. Not even a beer. When asked as check out, again nothing offered.

Pros:

The staff were really friendly and the location was great and the surroundings really pretty! The bed was really comfortable and happy there was water in the room

Cons:

The bases of the beds looked a bit beaten and scrapped and I found the breakfast ok, there was 1/2 croissants and 2 pieces of cheese and although I could order from the menu, avo on toast, there was barely any avo on the toast.
