Excelente hotel, com experiência impecável, mas seria melhor se houvesse lixeira nos quartos e se o ar-condicionado pude

Não há lixeira nos quartos, apenas no banheiro.
Ar-condicionado não tem opção de esfriar, apenas aquecer, deixando os quartos muito quentes quando está ligado.
