Very enjoyable. The benefit of a/c in the heatwave was appreciated.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The property was well kept. The parking being secure and close to the hotel was great.

Despite the garden area needing attention we would definitely recommend this place to stay.
Pros:

The room was really nice, very clean and the location was superb as it was opposite the castle. .Breakfast was available across the road. It was sufficient.

Cons:

For checking in…we did not receive the check in code before we arrived (we had been told that we would receive it via email the day before checking in) and had to make a phone call to obtain it. The exterior needed some attention as there were a lot of weeds growing through the paved area and a number of the small paving stones were quite loose and wobbly. It wasn’t very inviting.

Pros:

La posizione è eccezionale, comodissimo il parcheggio e a due passi della città medievale. L’arredamento (infissi, aria condizionata, doccia) è di ottima qualità.

Cons:

Non c’è staff presente ma si ricevono tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno tramite messaggi e non ci sono stati problemi.

Hard to beat location to tour Carcassonne with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel room with a close view of the Narbonnaise gate of the Cite. The room was clean and bright and large. A communal refrigerator was available for use right outside our room. The patio was large with an amazing view of Carcassonne walled Cite.

Extremely comfortable air-conditioned room in a fantastic location just outside the old city walls.
Pros:

Lovely, cool room. V comfortable bed with crisp, clean bedding, excellent shower and sink area. spotlesssly clean.

Cons:

Couldn't get tv to work to watch the football! TV does work but required logins to a number of apps we didn't have. No free to air tv options without signing up. A minor irritation, not a big deal.
