Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Not too far from the centre, but in a nice quiet area. The staff were all welcoming & very polite. The hotel was lovely & comfortable. The beds were huge & extremely comfortable. The food was great.
We will visit again

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room was a bit tempremental & we found the room a bit hot at night. Easily solved with opening the patio doors

Salle de bain avec mitigeur qui fonctionne mal, peu de débit et problème avec eau chaude / eau froide.
Salle de restaurant avec un faible éclairage .
Personnel du SPA peu qualifié, l’hôtel propose des services sans le personnel adapté .

Great stay. Good value for money

Great hotel. Very clean. Staff was super friendly. Location was good, if you don’t mind being outside of the medina.

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné une semaine au 2Ciel Boutique Hôtel et tout s’est très bien passé. L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche du quartier Guéliz et à environ 25 minutes à pied de la Médina, ce qui est très pratique.
La chambre était nettoyée tous les jours et deux petites bouteilles d’eau étaient mises à disposition quotidiennement.
Le petit-déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet, varié et complet, avec du salé et du sucré.
Le rooftop est magnifique, avec une piscine, et il y a également une deuxième piscine en bas.
Enfin, le personnel est très professionnel, accueillant et toujours souriant.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !
