Peaceful oasis a little away from the Marrakesh chaos!
Pros:

Blissful one night stay here after a big trek in the mountains. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful breakfast area and delicious food. Really comfortable bedding and great shower with all the amenities. Lots of great options for restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Rooftop pool is a little small meaning you're kinda right up beside others when you're on the loungers but other than that, no complaints!

Enjoyed our stay except for issues as described previously
Pros:

The restaurant staff were excellent as was the food

Cons:

Issues with bathroom facilities which were brought to the attention of staff were not addressed

We didn’t like the pool area for 2 reasons, (i) there was no sun after 11.00 a.m. and (ii) the presence of pigeons in and around the pool would not entice anyone to swim in it.

Pros:

Struttura accogliente, rooftop bellissimo, ristorante Patron veramente ottimo!! Un po' fuori dal centro, va bene per chi vuole una situazione più tranquilla.

Cons:

La pulizia delle stanze (parlo del pavimento) mi è sembrata un po' scarsa per un hotel di questo livello

Great location, fantastic staff - exceptional hotel!
Pros:

Excellent location - just a short cab ride to the Medina and markets but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is modern and comfortable but with enough traditional Moroccan touches to make it feel unique and welcoming. The staff were all superb; well done 2Ciels you have a fantastic team working for you.
The room was very spacious, comfortable and far better than we had expected. We were on 5th floor so could hear the music from the pool bar above us late into the evening but as we had a busy itinerary and were tiring ourselves out it never stopped us from sleeping.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional - again the staff serving could not do enough to help and were very welcoming.
We did have one evening meal in the main restaurant on the ground floor (Patron de Mer) and whilst that was more expensive than other nearby restaurants it was delicious and the quality of the food was obvious.

Estadia muito agradável. Para repetir!
Pros:

Muito limpo.
Boa localização.
Bom pequeno-almoço almoço.
Funcionários muito simpáticos, bem educados e muito prestáveis.

Cons:

O colchão já precisava de ser substituído porque já denotava algum uso.

Personnel des restaurants et les restaurants eux même : T.B 👍👌
L emplacement et la décoration, avec petit balcon privatif et ensoleillé + absence de bruits: T.B 👍👌

Cons:

Petit b-mol pour la douche: le réglage eau chaude et froide, n était pas fiable.
Piscines: petites et froides.

Incroyable ! Réservez sans hésiter
Pros:

Hôtel vraiment magnifique ! Chambre superbe avec balcon, personnel adorable, restaurant excellent. Gros plus pour le rooftop le soir avec DJ et super ambiance. Très belle piscine également. J’ai passé un super séjour, je recommande sans hésiter !
