Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt.

Cons:

Also das reservieren der liegen sorry, da waren liegen die waren am morgen reserviert für Personen die am späten nachmittag kamen finde ich bei so wenig liegen am Pool nicht in Ordnung ( vom Personal wie auch von den Gästen)!!

Tout était parfait ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Mention spéciale au monsieur qui m’a accueilli à mon arrivée et m’a offert un surclassement, à la dame de la réception qui m’a aidé à tout faire pour que je puisse pas manquer le transfert pour mon excursion à Agafay et qui a été aux petits soins durant tout mon séjour, ainsi qu’à Mohammed de la sécurité, avec qui j’ai eu le plaisir d’échanger en attendant un ami tard dans la nuit.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé. La piscine sur le rooftop est un véritable atout : admirer le coucher du soleil avec un DJ et un cocktail à la main dès le premier jour, c’était tout simplement magique !

La suite était spacieuse, confortable et très agréable. Franchement, rien à redire. Inch’Allah, je reviendrai !

Le petit-déjeuner était complet pour un continental et le service rien à dire.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à Marrakech et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir avec des proches. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Cons:

J’aurais toutefois aimé découvrir le restaurant du Grand Patron de la Mer. Cela aurait été un véritable plus dans mon séjour, mais mon planning ne m’a malheureusement pas permis de m’y rendre. Ce n’est que partie remise !

Les 2Ciels Marrakech : à recommander
Pros:

Le personnel de cet hôtel est très à l'écoute, aimable et agréable. Nous avons passé 6 jours très sympas dans cet hôtel.
Les espaces sont agréables aussi bien le restaurant Patron au rez-de-chaussée que celui du rooftop top.
L'espace Spa en sous sol est très agréable et les soins sont professionnels.
Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié.
Nous recommandons.

La gentillesse du staff et sa disponibilité , l'emplacement proche à pieds de toutes les commodités, grandes chambres propres et confortables, restaurant (PATRON DE LA MER) excellent.

Melhor estadia em Marraquech.
Pros:

Localização excelente. Café da manhã excelente e variado. Ficaria melhor ainda com uma maquina de café para que os hóspedes pudessem se servir livremente. Me hospedei anteriormente no Riad e foi péssimo. O 2Ciels salvou minha viagem!

Cons:

Senti falta de uma chaleira elétrica no quarto para fazer um chá. O frigobar não gela direito a água.

Si vous ne buvez pas de café et que vous n’avez pas besoin de wi-fi, alors ça peut être un hôtel pas mal dans le cas con

L’hôtel est bien placé, il se situe en centre-ville

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est notamment le café et certainement le café le plus mauvais qu’il m’a été amené de boire au Maroc, la cuisine est vétuste aucun investissement de ce côté là
D’autre part il y a un très mauvais wi-fi. Si vous devez maintenir une activité professionnelle, je ne recommande pas l’hôtel puisqu’il y a un wi-fi en bas debits ça doit être encore la direction qui fait des économies
