Uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

Nothing as such.

Cons:

Not even properly painted. Stained walls, smelly rooms.

Food is average, definitely not at level of Radisson.

Quiet, staff very polite and helpful

Cons:

Furniture not clean enough, could see dust. Bathroom not clean to high standard, water leaking near toilet. Bathtub stained. Could see mosquitoes in bathroom. Bedroom floor was sticky.

There is nothing to be said about the likes. Things are pathetic, not not matching with the Radisson Brand. Front Office staff are not fit for 5 start property.

Provided rooms were in pathetic condition. Not cleaned properly. Bathrooms were in bad shape.
Not matching with the brand. Provided extra bed was unhygienic and smells. Bad experience.

Good place for a short stay. No 5* feeling though.
Pros:

Location was good with many amenities nearby. I didn't get the 5* feeling though - inside room, food quality, room service, staff - everything was good and nothing to complain but nothing excellent.
I had better experience at Radisson Red in terms of room comfort, food quality/taste and staff engagement.
