Nice hotel & good location.
1) Unusual billing policy: Guests are required either to provide an advance deposit at check-in for anticipated restaurant expenses during their stay or to pay for each order immediately. I found this approach inconvenient and not in line with the experience typically expected at a hotel of this standard.
2) Management should invest more in staff training to enhance service quality and guest experience.
Nothing particular, not value for money proposition
No buffet dinner, swimming pool area not clean, no change towels avl, no GST invoice provided on check out. Overall not worth the amount charged
It was relatively near the airport. The staff were very attentive and polite. Breakfast buffet was good. I liked it that they had a flutist. He was awesome. The spa was also very good and reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.

Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed at. Cleanliness was poor. I arrived to a room with a dirty toilet & toilet papers floating. There were hair all over the place. The door was strangely wide open when I checked in so wonder about the security. The WiFi didn’t work despite multiple people trying to fix it till 11pm at which point I just needed sleep.
Simple requests to reception or in room dining took ages & multiple trips to the reception.
Ambience and overall it was good.
Service is very poor, had asked for bathtowel ,which They never turned backed till check-out was asked at early morning. For which we had managed any how.it shown They arw list bothered about service.
