The restaurant staff were helpful. I had difficulty walking and my aged mom was with me. They did all they can for us.
Front desk attitude. I requested for room near lift with twin bed facilities for me and my mom who is 92 yrs and I I was using a walking stick and what I got was a room that was a far from lift. The staff on duty cannot see our problem. He said the nearest room with twin bed is 317.
He could have explain that I need to pay more for the room near the lift I would have paid up.
Another issue was that I had to pay up front for the food consume in room. The front desk could have ask me for a deposit. Again the communication of the front desk on duty at that time was very poor. Please get your front desk to show some compassion when dealing with elderly guest.
Also room 317 hand held shower was broken near handle. I sustained a cut on my finger. Luckily it was a small one.

They have completely tarnished the reputation of the Radisson brand. The staff—who seem to inhabit a world of their own—show absolutely no regard for their customers.
I stayed at the Radisson with my wife. The scheduled check-in time was 2:00 PM; however, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM. Even then, we were told to wait another 30 minutes. We were exhausted, yet they offered us nothing—not even a glass of water. Later, after we had settled into our room, we accidentally left the key inside, causing the door to lock. When I called the reception desk, I was told to come down personally to retrieve the key. I explained that my shoes were inside the room and asked them to come up instead, but I was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes—despite the fact that, from my vantage point upstairs, I could see they weren't actually doing any work at all. I found this entire attitude and approach completely unacceptable.
I have stayed at many hotels, but the staff I encountered here was perhaps the worst I have ever come across anywhere.
I liked the demeanor of the guard at the hotel's main entrance; he was welcoming.
Vijay was the only staff member who stood out—he was very polite and helpful throughout.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room had a noticeable unpleasant smell, the toilets were not clean, and the shower was leaking. Overall, the hygiene and maintenance standards were below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their services.
Breakfast was okay
They provide free valet parking services. They had put scratches on my new HYcross and was told that they will investigate using video footage.

There is nothing to be said about the likes. Things are pathetic, not not matching with the Radisson Brand. Front Office staff are not fit for 5 start property.
Provided rooms were in pathetic condition. Not cleaned properly. Bathrooms were in bad shape.
