Pros:

Only staffs behaviour and their is nothing to like

Cons:

Wash room not well maintains .
Towels are. Little smelly and dirty
Marks on blankets
Radisson is a 5star chain and they provide that poor services to their coustomers .very bad

Not happy with how property was maintained
Pros:

Nothing much.

Cons:

Rooms need an upgrade including the bathrooms. Under the bed was lot of dust which needs to be cleaned.

Terrible stay, won’t be returning. This should be labelled as 1 star hotel

Cons:

Breakfast was overpriced and has poor selection. Staff at front desk are very rude and can’t communicate properly. They have no customer service. Wedding were happening every night in the hotel or next door playing loud music till 1-2am, so could sleep well. Staff are also heard in the corridors shouting at each other. Bathroom was dirty. Body wash and hand wash was not refilled every day. When I checked in there was none, this was frustrating because I just arrived after a 10 hour journey and wanted a shower to relax, however there was not body wash. Had to call reception who provided some after 25mins. Not what I expected from a 5 star hotel.

良かったです。
Pros:

部屋の清潔感があってすごくよかった。
バスローブが付いているところとシャワールームが隔離されているところが良い。
ベットの寝心地がすごくよかった。

Cons:

シャワールームの足置きが汚かった。
部屋のwifiが繋がらなかった。
