Gentilezza e accoglienza

Non una bella accoglienza!
Pros:

Buona la posizione centrale della struttura. Camera molto pulita ed arredata in maniera molto originale con un mix di pezzi in stile anni '60 e '50, letto comodo ed ampio. Apprezzata la possibilità di lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio.

Cons:

La gentilezza non è il loro forte. Nonostante avessi telefonato la mattina del mio arrivo per avvertire che sarei arrivata nel primo pomeriggio, ho trovato la struttura chiusa con luci spente ed ho dovuto telefonare per farmi aprire. La signora che mi ha aperto è apparsa molto seccata e trattandomi sgarbatamente mi ha fatto pesare che al momento erano chiusi. Appena entrata in stanza sono stata investita da un forte odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno e la camera era gelata, (Dicembre con 4 gradi fuori). Sono stata al freddo dalle 14 e 30 fino a sera. Quando ho protestato sono state messe in dubbio le mie parole, mi è stato risposto che il riscaldamento era stato acceso da 2 ore e che comunque dovevo dirlo prima. Il giorno dopo mi hanno detto che il mio radiatore e quello della stanza vicina si erano bloccati, ma la signora non si è scusata con me per l'inconveniente. La colazione non era libera a buffet, come mi aspettavo, ma molto scarsa; come in un bar si poteva scegliere un cornetto dietro una vetrina (chiedendolo a loro) ed una bevanda. Dovrebbero essere più cordiali ed accoglienti con i clienti. Nel turismo la forma è importante, un sorriso, una parola di benvenuto, possono fare la differenza.

Non saprei visto che non ho avuto la camera.

Cons:

Non mi è stata data la camera perché era stata venduta privatamente e quindi già occupata. Ho dovuto prenotare privatamente in altra struttura dopo il viaggio con i prevedibili disagi.

Idéal pour une nuit.
Pros:

La localisation dans une rue calme et le parking privé, idéal pour garer une moto en toute sécurité. Petit lit mais bonne literie.

Cons:

La quantité minimaliste des produits de la salle de bain (pour une nuit,.une micro savonnette et un sachet secable dose de produit douche.
Le petit dejeuner tardif à partir de 7hr.30. c'est trop tard pour les passagers comme moi devant prendre un ferry pour Split , dont l'enregistrement exige d'être là au moins 2hrs avant depart.

Viaggio in famiglia
Pros:

Le stanze (camera matrimoniale piu’ una cameretta con letto singolo) non è male. Arredata con gusto, con climatizzatore e frigobar. Il bagno e’ ampio e pulito. Presenza di un balcone, comodo per chi fuma.

Cons:

Sebbene la stanza sia bella abbiamo trovato nel bagno sia la doccia che il lavandino ostruito.
L’accoglienza e anche la partenza non è stata degna di una struttura turistica ricettiva. Abbiamo notato una certa freddezza e indifferenza della gestrice che poco si addice a chi lavora nel mondo ricettivo. La colazione non offre la colazione internazionale ma si limita solo a dolci e bevande da bar. Peccato.
