Es ist OK, alles da was man braucht - freundlich und sauber.
Pros:

Die Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Erreichbarkeit, Zimmer Größe, das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend gewesen, die Hotel Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, kein Grund zu meckern nur die Matratze hat leider nicht zum gesamt Zustand gepasst.

Cons:

Die Matratze könnte erneuert werden, ich hatte das Gefühl das die Matratze schon über ihr Limit gewesen ist - Zimmer 27, andere Zimmer können schon anders aussehen.

A very good stay in a beautiful town
Pros:

Good service, great location, spa was nice, the recommended restaurant was amazing (Valkiria). A very rich breakfast buffet.

Cons:

A room was quite small for a family of 4.
Attention - slippery hallway in the second building.

Cons:

Very icy road to get to hotel ,not suitable for walking at all. Reception is in another hotel next door which is not ideal in a cold winter... Cleaning lady and lady at brekafast are lovely and very attentive. However staff at reception not very welcoming and does not listen to customer needs. I've emailed twice in advance of my arrival to ask about the massage and was told it will be possible to book it, , only to find out when I arrived that they don't do it on Sundays .

Bardzo miłe i pomocne Panie z recepcji. W niedzielne popołudnie w kilkanaście minut znalazły elektryka, który naprawił odłączony kabel od TV. Pomogły ze zniesieniem ciężkiego bagażu z pokoju na dół. Pokój czysty, chodź malutki. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, duży wybór produktów.

Cons:

Brak informacji na stornie hotelu o tym, że wszędzie są schody, natomiast nie ma windy. Dość problematyczne poruszanie się po hotelu dla osób z trudnościami w przemieszczaniu się (np. o lasce, czy o kulach). Ktoś na wózku nie miałby w ogóle jak dostać się do pokoju.

Bardzo zrelaksowana klientka Abidara pozdrawia Wszystkich serdecznie z Siedlec

Profesjonalizm Pani Oli , masażystki :) Dziękuję, Rodzina uważa , że widać efekty :) Ja też je dostrzegam . Skóra jest zrelaksowana i odżywiona :) Zainspirowana masażem kupiłam sobie krem konopny w Ciechocinku .
Mam propozycję, zmieńcie Państwo nazwę z gabinetu zabiegowego na Strefę głębokiego relaksu , albo Strefa błogiego relaksu , albo jakąś inną, wymyśloną przez Was, gabinet zabiegowy kojarzy się ze służbą zdrowia, przynajmniej mi :) Poza tym nie mam się do czego przyczepić :)

Wyjazd na tańce do Kolejowego super odległość.

Abidar super miejsce, czyściutko, wszystko nowe , miejsce spokojne choć w centrum, obsługa bardzo miła, śniadanie dla każdego coś dobrego. Dziękujemy za pobyt i wrócimy Kazimierz i Maria
