My elderly mother in law lives in a fare home in South London, and it is a minimum ofn8hpurs round trip to visit her. The cheap bit comfortable accommodation at these services make it easier and affordable to visit more frequently. We drive down the day before stay here, then it is only an hour drive the next day and we drive home after the visit. It would cost us £150+ without parking to stay closer to her
There was a big bleach stain on the carpet. But in all honesty at the price we paid, we don't care as everything else was lean and comfortable.
New, comfy rooms, well kept, clean and well maintained especially the bathrooms which isn’t always the case.

The staff members were very friendly
My room was upgraded due to a cleaning oversight, so it was bigger than booked or expected. Member of staff was mortified that I walked into a dirty, unprepared room & quickly moved me into another room.
Shower was amazing
Booked a room, travelling with my dog & my original & replacement room were on the 1st floor, with no lift, so lots of going up & down stairs!
1st room hadn't been cleaned.

Like that the room was warm when I got there. Clean tea coffee. No problem. Towels on the bed. Lovely
Didn't like to c curtains curtains flake l hanging off the ceiling when he flushed the toilet. The toilet box come up and lampshade's got a hole in. Had to get someone to come in and repair the light but it wasn't working in my room. There was a door as well that went into next door's room which I opened which no one told me about. I thought it was another exit of my room but let did. I know it was next door's room. I only paid 40 lb for the room but it's not about the money. What is about is that the hotel is pretty run down in a bad way. Oh I'm looking for is my money back. I'm not a scam artist. I'd travel around all of Norfolk Yorkshire this Manchester live pool everywhere using Days inn and this is the worstest one I've ever had. Thank you Andrew
