Beschwerde und Forderung auf Preisminderung wegen Ameisenbefalls

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

hiermit möchte ich eine Beschwerde bezüglich meines Aufenthalts in Ihrer Unterkunft einreichen.

Während meines Aufenthalts vom 09.04.26 bis 12.04.26 kam es zu einem erheblichen Mangel in Form eines starken Ameisenbefalls im Zimmer sowie im Badezimmer. Die Anzahl der Ameisen war so groß, dass insbesondere die Nachtruhe über mehrere Tage hinweg erheblich gestört wurde. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war unter diesen Umständen nicht möglich.

Ein solcher Zustand stellt eine deutliche Beeinträchtigung der gebuchten Leistung dar und entspricht nicht dem üblichen Standard, den man von einer Unterkunft erwarten darf.

Aus diesem Grund fordere ich eine angemessene Preisminderung. In Anbetracht der Dauer und Intensität der Beeinträchtigung halte ich eine Rückerstattung in Höhe von [z. B. 20–30 %] des Gesamtpreises für angemessen.

Ich bitte Sie, mir innerhalb von 10 Tagen eine Rückmeldung zu geben und die Rückerstattung entsprechend zu veranlassen.

Pros:

good location. it is like a family style hotel in an old building. employees are friendly and helpful. there are many restaurants and shops around the hotel.

Cons:

the furnitures and equipments are basic and old fashion. no public area, just rooms. room is a big small for 2 people. for that price, i would expect something better.

Sehr praktische Unterkunft im Zentrum von Würzburg. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Zugang nur über Klingel /Anruf bei Inhaberin. Ist aber okay, hat gut funktioniert. Preis /Leistungsverhältnis wäre klasse, wenn ein kleines Frühstück enthalten wäre.
