Objekat je bio čist, sve je bilo u redu i onako kako smo dogovorili.

Cons:

Hrana je bila malo lošija od očekivanog. Doručak je bilo u redu, ali za večeru smo jedan dan mogli birati između dva menija, a drugi dan nije bilo uopće izbora. Samo jedan meni.nto je jedina zamjerka. Sve ostalo je bilo u redu.

Pros:

Čistý,voňavý hotel rodinného typu,účelně vybavené pokoje.Klid,ticho a harmonie.Velmi blízko lázní.
Snídaně dobrá,každý si vybere to své.Na večeři výběr ze 2 druhů polévek a hl.chodu.Večeře tříchodová,polévka,hl.jídlo,desert.Naprosto famózní a zajímavá.Maďarská jídla.Byli jsme zde přes Štědrý den a svátky.Kouzelná vánoční atmosféra se slavnostními pokrmy.

Polštář.Výplň samá hrouda.Příliš převoněné ložní povlečení.
Wellness.Umístění na hl.chodbě v blízkosti recepce,prosklené,neintimní,i zvenku je sem vidět.Za celý pobyt nevyužto kvůli zavírací době v 19 hod.,kdy byly večeře a pak už pouze privátní za poplatek.Přes den jsme chodili do termálů.
Při večeři jsme mělj pocit,že se na nás spěchá,personál ulítaný,rachot při mytí nádobí,pobíhání,uklízení.Nápoj k večeři jsme ani nevypil v klidu.Hned po našem odchodu cca ve 20:15 zhasnuto, prostory uzavřeny.

Minden más rendben volt, a személyzet nem kifogásolható, kedvesek voltak!

A hotel eléggé leamortizálódott állapotban volt, felújításra szorulna! A tányérok legtöbbje sérül, az ilyen csorba kerámia edényt nem lenne szabad vendégek elé tenni, cserére szorulna!

Nagyon vártuk, de nagy csalódás. Máskor is tervezünk Zalakarosra jönni, de biztos máshol szállunk meg.
Pros:

Nagyon közel van a zalakarosi fürdő. Kedves személyzet. Volt lehetőségünk vacsorázni is, ami nagyon finom volt.

Cons:

Megérkezésekor nem azt a szobát kaptuk, amit foglaltam, cseréltetni kellett. A szoba viszonylag tiszta volt, de a fürdő borzalmasan koszos. A törülközőszárító és a wc merő egy por. A zuhanykabin félig szétesve, penészes, koszos, vízköves zuhanykabin és zuhanyfej. A mosdó kagyló látszott, hogy valamikor takarítva volt, de a csaptelep teljesen lekopva, koszosan és vízkövesen várt ránk. A bejárati ajtón a zár annyira szorult, hogy néha percekbe telt mire bejutottunk a szobába. Az erkély ajtó rossz volt ezért egy riglivel lehetett zárni, ami egy picit sem szigetelt így a medencétől beszűrődtek a hangok. A reggeli ehető, de pici választék, többet vártunk volna. Vacsorára csak félig volt jól összeállítva a menü. Egyik este meg sem tudtuk enni, annyira laktató volt a másik nap meg majdnem éhesen maradtunk. A hotel területén fizetni kell, de kapun kívül is van lehetőség a parkolásra, erről sajnos nem tájékoztattak minket.
