They only speak a bit of English but they are really cool

The old keys are so vintage n cool

The smell of the room was a bit weird probably what they use to clean it

It was okay. clean but not as comforting as I imagined.
Pros:

Staff was polite and good, but the size of room is small, no closet, no iron, no hair dryer, no water. The location of the hotel is quite good. close to cafes for coffee, bus stops and metro.

Cons:

There should be water dispenser at the least. The AC left a smell in the room every time it was turned on.

Pros:

Great location, clean room, generally meets all expectations for the price per night. Being on the top floor without an elevator can be tough, but it comes at a low cost.

Cons:

Bed bugs in room 14. I woke up with multiple bites. Only after notifying staff, I was informed that the room had been infested and treated previously. The staff reimbursed me for my entire stay and acted professionally.

It can happen to any hotel, so I don't want to leave a terrible review. But a room should certainly be left empty for longer after a pest control treatment.
