Fabhotel sapphire are cheaters.

They are cheaters nothing to like.

Cons:

I booked a hotel through Booking.com a month in advance for a January 24th check-in. Just 10 hours before my scheduled arrival, FabHotel changed my reservation to a different property that is below the standard I booked and located 40 kilometers away from the original hotel.
Since this change, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. FabHotel is not responding to calls or messages, and their helpline number appears to be non-functional. Booking.com has offered no resolution and does not provide an accessible helpline either. When attempting to file a complaint with Booking.com, I am simply redirected to FabHotel's page, where my inquiries continue to go unanswered.
All the reviews are fake for this property.Based on my experience, I would caution others against booking hotels through Booking.com, as there appears to be no reliable customer support when issues arise. If you encounter a problem similar to mine, no one will help you. In the end I have to book a new hotel at a higher price
