Cons:

Camere le de baie și mai ales mobilierul ar trebui schimbat
La baie exista riscul de a te răni stand pe toaleta,practic ramai cu capacul de la toaleta în mână în momentul când vrei sa îl ridici,iar colacul.danseaza samba la așezare
Saltelele de pe paturi ......exista posibilitatea de a îți face spatele și coastele praf și de la hotel de 3 stele sa ajungi la medicul specialist ortoped
Nu recomand aceasta cazare
Televizoare care exista posibilitatea sa nu aibă telecomanda
Iar la plecare negăsind receptionera am lăsat cheia pe masa de recepție, fiind la mașină a ieșit un domn după noi și a întrebat:

Pros:

Персонал хороший, помогли донести вещи на этаж, расположение отличное. Прямо в историческом центре с видом на Армянский католический собор 18 века. Номер огромный, просторный и светлый.

Cons:

Вай-фай хорошо работает только у ресепшена на первом этаже. В номерах плохо работает, а то и исчезает вовсе. Да и цена большая за отель. Город маленький, можно было бы снизить стоимость.

Pros:

Good price and good location. Antonella was very kind, and she solved everything!

Cons:

The place is a little bit cold at winter, the restaurant and the room as well. But after the first night they solved the problem, we only had to ask it! :)

Pros:

Antonella is wonderful!!! Very helpful and smiling. She made our stay a real pleasure. We asked to have breakfast earlier and she arranged it the best she could. And she speaks very good English and Spanish which is a big advantage. Thank you so much!!!! We will be back next year for sure!

Cons:

The shower is really small and the water not always working...
