اقامة جميلة في طيبة الطيبة في واجهة طيبة سكن وكأنك داخل الحرم والحمد لله

الموقع عجيب انت في الحرم بوابة 330
من اشد ما عجبني لطافة موظفي الاستقبال واهتمامهم باللحظات اول وباول ..
رغم إخراجي للكثير من التعليقات ولكن كان ردهم في وقته وحسمهم بطريقة مهنية ..
طاقم المطبخ ماشاء الله تبارك الرحمن من رئيس الافطار الي كل العمال
وخدمات الغرف في الطابق الرابع كان شخص لطيف جدا ..
واضح جداً ان هناك ادارة تحاول حل المعضلات والقيام بخدمة الضيوف وكسب رضاهم وتقديم أقصى ما عندهم ..

لا اقول لم يعجبني ولكن طاقم الصيانة يحتاج لمراقبة في تجويدهم لعملهم ..
الأثاث يحتاج لمغسلة اثاث وان شاء الله يكون بوضع افضل

تجربة مش افضل حاجة وبالمقارنة مع فنادق اخري نزلت فيها قبل كده فأنا مش ناوي اجرب انزل فيه تاني

الفندق كمبني حلو جدا ولكن الخدمات سيئة جدا

تم حجز غرفة شاملة خدمة الباركينج ولما وصلت اتفاجات اني لازم ادفع مبلغ رمزي لما سالت كام اتفاجات اني هدفع ما يقارب ٣٥٠ ريال.
لما وصلت الغرفة ، اتفاجات ان مفيش اي شبكة واي فاي وده بسبب ان الموقع تحت الصيانة
علشان اكلم خدمات الغرف محتاج الانتظار وقت طويل جدا علشان ألاقي استجابة
خدمات الغرفة خلصت من عندي ولما طلبتها كل لما اكلم رقم خدمة يقولي لا أنا مش مسئول لو محتاج حاجة اطلبها من الكافتيريا
