Horrible experience with my family’s stay.
Pros:

Location was the reason I selected this place.

Cons:

Staff was not hospitable at all. We had two rooms booked but they did not locate us close by. Bathrooms were bad no running hot water. Had to call maintenance everyday of our stay to get the hot water running but unsuccessfully. Drainage was a problem as bathroom was not graded properly hence the dirty water was collecting in and under the toilet area. Overall I was not pleased with the hotel and its handling of issue. Price was too much for the services that were not rendered in a timely manner. Elevators were not working to get us out of the building to be able to make it to where we wanted to go.

I like the location and some staff members were so nice

Cons:

Beds were so uncomfortable, there was a water leakage from the socket of hair dryer and when i complained about it, they just ignore it, lights in room was not working.
