شكراً واجهة طيبة بس عندي ملاحضه عن طاقم الاستقبال الا يحصل رجل في طاقم الاستقبال راح يكون مرتاح والتعامل معاهم فوق الممتاز بس اذا شاف وحده اسمها الابراء يهج عنها لان تعاملها سيئ

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering how expensive it is. The price is extremely high for the level of service and facilities provided.

The hotel is old and poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was far from satisfactory. The room did not have bottled water or an iron, and when I requested one, I was given a faulty iron with a burnt surface that damaged my clothes.

The bathrooms are outdated and not clean. The elevators are unreliable, with some of them frequently out of service. The luggage service was also unsatisfactory, and there were clearly not enough staff to provide proper service.

Overall, the hotel is seriously overpriced for what it offers and is in urgent need of renovation, better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and much better customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel and wouldn't ever come here again

The only thing good about the property was the location

Cons:

Everything else about the property was terrible. Broken locks to the bathroom, lift was a big issue they were very limited, long queue at the breakfast omelette station only one chef, variety of the buffet was poor considering the price paid for it,
