Good location... huge elevator queue

Everything is good. Value, rooms, cleanliness

Cons:

Long wait time for elevators pre and post prayers. We had to take stairs 50% of time due to huge crowds ... we're on 6th floor so it's brutal exercise

لايوجد اهتمام للمشكال النزيل

التكييف في الغرفة كان لايبرد علما انه تم التواصل مع الاستقبال لعدة مرات حتى وصل فني ومجرد وصوله لعب بالجهاز بغرض ايهامي انه التكييف عمله صيانه ونا مشيت معاه ع اساس انه عمل صيانه علما ان عندي علما بمجال التكييف - وتم التواصل مع الاستقبال وشرحه الاستغفال اللي حصل وارسل فني اخر مره اخرى لكن لاجدوى من ذلك ولم اتلقى اي اعتذار من عدم الصيانة وايضا استغفال موظف التكييف للنزيل .

‏الموقع ممتاز بمجرد الخروج من باب الفندق أدخل إلى الحرم النبوي عمال النظافةوالحرس جميعهم جيدين

‏تقييم booking: عند الحجز كان السعر 404€ وعند الوصول لمرحلة الدفع قام إستقطاع مبلغ 448€ وهذه سرقة لن أقوم بالحجز مرة ثانية عن طريق booking احذروا
‏تقييم فندق واجهة طيبة:
‏قمت بحجز الفندق بناء على التقييمات ولكن تجربتي فيه كانت مريرة جداً كالاتي
‏الفندق قديم جدا وأثاث قديم و متسخ النظافة معدومة في
‏الممرات والكراسي المقابلة للمصاعد قذرة إلى درجة أنني لم أتجرأ الجلوس عليها المصاعد تتأخر في وقت الذروة وبعض النزلاء يفتقرون الى الاخلاق كانوا يركضون ويصرخون في الممرات ليلا وينشرون الملابس ويتركون عربات الاطفال أيضا في الممرات .. الفراش لم يكن مريح قمت بحجز غرفة مزدوجة بسريرين أحد الأسرة كان فراشه سيء جدا الثاني كان لا بأس به ولكنه غير مريح الحمام لم يكن نظيفا ولا الغرفة في الليلة الأولى رن جرس إنذار الحريق أكثر من مرة وخرجت من غرفتي مفزوعة معتقدة بأن هناك حريق لم استطع النوم ليلتها وكانت الغرفة في الطابق الرابع عشر طلبت من الاستعلامات تغيير غرفتي حولوني إلى الطابق التاسع إلى غرفة أصغر بنفس مستوى الأثاث وكانت غير نظيفة أيضا ، في نفس الوقت كان هناك نزيل سعودي يؤكد حجزه واعطوه غرفة باطلالة على المسجد !! يظهر بان الغرف تعطى على حسب جنسية النزيل !!! باقي الليالي كان يرن أيضا جرس الإنذار واشتكي من ذلك أكثر من مرة ولكن لا فائدة عند الحاجة إلى شيء ما والاتصال بالاستعلامات كان يجب أن انتظر طويلا لم تكن تجربة لطيفة ولن اكررها ولا انصح به، كان بإمكاني الحجز بنصف السعر في فندق اريك طيبة مثلا
