موقع الفندق وموظفة الاستقبال كانت محترمه وساعدتني في الحصول على مكان الفندق

Cons:

1- عدم إخبار النزلاء بمكان الفندق الصحيح حيث يوجد فندق آخر بالقرب من الحرم المدني
2- الإفطار غير متنوع وغير شهي وصالة الإفطار ضيقه ولا يوجد خصوصيه خاصةً للعائلات
3- إلزام النزلاء بالإفطار في صالة الإفطار مع ضيق المكان وكثرة النزلاء وقلة الطاولات ، وعدم السماح بالصعود بالإفطار إلى غرف الفندق
