I liked everything. It's new and nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and professionals. The location was great.
The refrigerator was too small for four people, and its cooling was very weak.
My stay at the Madina Bosphorus Waqf Safi Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. I would like to extend a special thank you to the front desk team for the kind gesture of upgrading me to a room with a view of the Rawdah upon check-in. When I entered the room and saw that view, I was absolutely amazed—it was an incredible and spiritually moving experience that I will never forget.
The location is unbeatable, being extremely close to the Rawdah and all the major shopping areas, which makes getting around so easy. The hotel itself is kept spotlessly clean, and the staff are not only very polite but also genuinely kid-friendly, making the entire stay comfortable for families.
The dining experience was another highlight, with an impressive variety of delicious food options to choose from. I also loved the warm atmosphere; there were many Turkish guests during my visit, which made me feel right at home.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medina. A perfect combination of comfort, location, and heartfelt service

Non availability of the parking
The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and smelt fresh. It was only 10 minutes away from masjid nabwi. On the day of Eid the hotel made it very special and welcoming for hotel guest.
