Very pleasant stay, friendly staff, quiet location within 5-10 minutes walking distance from Techirghiol Muds or Black Sea. Clean room and bathroom. The windows have smoked/tainted glass so the sunlight won't blind you or heat the room during the day. The bed was very comfortable with a thick mattress, I slept like a baby.
I wasn't able to connect my phone to the TV because the TV has an old OS.
But nevertheless even so, the 50 channels available on TV were more than enough so I did not miss netflix
