semasa checkin staff sgt membantu. bila masuk bilik nampak byk rambut di bawah meja..staf yg mencuci sorang saja dan bilik banyak utk dikemas..mungkin pengurusan boleh ambik lebih staff utk mencuci semasa cuti puncak mcm cuti sekolah dan cuti umum

Great location and affordable price.
Pros:

Location near the Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah. Spacious room and friendly staff. Includes iron and iron board inside the room which is very convenience. Lots of parking space available.

Cons:

Family room located on the 3rd floor without elevator which is inconvenience to our family with small children. Room got dust and lizard.
