המיקום מעולה ממש קרוב לחוף ים הצוות שירותי
המזגן היה נוראי הדלקנו מזגן ומאוור ביחד ובחדר היה עדיין חם ביקשנו לעבור חדר הביאו מפתח לחדר אחר שגם שם הייתה את אותה הבעיה
אין בחדר שום ציוד מעבר למינימום הנדרש - אין מקרר אין קומקום/כוסות לקפה תה וכזה אין כספת לשמירת החפצים היקרי ערך אין מסך טלוויזיה
הגענו והשמיכה הייתה מלוכלכת ביקשנו שיחליפו האיש נעלם ולא חזר עם שמיכה ירדנו לקחת אחת בעצמנו מהקבלה
בקיצור לא שווה את המחיר היינו במקומות אחרים באזור שעלו באותו סכום והיו הרבה יותר מאובזרים ונוחים
Pool clean and in the sun. Rooms so clean and even shared rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff were incredibly kind I cannot thank them enough for all their help during my stay, they went above and beyond and were just genuinely lovely people.

Shame that the property weren’t serving any food
Some of the Israeli quests were in big groups being very noisy and rude and the staff could have done more to manage this. It spoiled our stay
The pool and overall space is lovely but bigger than it looks in the pictures. Our room was really spacious and kept very clean with fresh towels each day. We were a short walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants. There were also 2 power cuts during our stay and we were impressed and pleased with how cool the room stayed in that time. Our shower was also hot (when we had power).
Because it was low season the restaurant was closed, which we were keen to enjoy. Other guests were also quite noisy at night and poolside but that can be expected.

La ubicación muy buena, la habitación super amplia y cómoda y la piscina da mucho juego y es bastante grande. Creo que fueron las noches en las que mejor dormí del viaje. Pasaban a limpiar la habitación todos los días, cosa que no habíamos visto antes en el resto de nuestros alojamientos en Sri Lanka
El agua de la piscina un poco turbia, pero no le vi mucho problema.

Do not provide amenities, like shampoo or shower gel, and could had breakfast included.

צוות לא נחמד , הגענו בגלל הבריכה והיא היתה לא פעילה עם צואה ולצוות לא היה אכפת

Very enjoyable 2 nights at Surf Gang. We would have stayed longer but had already booked elsewhere. Nice large room with balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. Super clean amenities and loved the large pool for a refreshing cool down. Staff was super friendly and helpful and organised surfboard hire and excursions. Would definitely recommend.
