Bien pour un séjour d'une nuit.
Pros:

la chambre était spacieuse, propre, la s.d.b. super.
le petit déjeuner pas énormément de choix mais de bons produits.

Cons:

Notre chien n'a pas été admis dans la salle du petit déjeuner, nous avons dû manger dehors et il faisait froid. Nous avons payé un supplément de 15 eur pour le chien, ce qui est supérieur à la moyenne. Et la veille, le chien avait été admis dans leur restaurant situé 500 m plus loin???
La terrasse et le jardin manquent de soins, il semble manquer de personnel en règle générale.

L'extérieure de l'hôtel à son charme, quelques choses de pittoresque, sa proximité avec la Semois. Les lits sont confortables. Chambre propre.

Cons:

La décoration des chambres serait à revoir : tout est propre mais cela manque de bon goût. Le personnel affiche clairement qu'ils ne reçoivent pas les emails envoyés via Booking (et donc les demandes spéciales ne sont pas prises en compte). Insonorisation insuffisante entre la cage d'escalier et les chambres.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Super hôtel à proximité de la Semois, vous pouvez y prendre un verre dans le salon.
La literie est très agréable, les chambres sont très propres. Vous avez votre disposition dans la chambre brosse à dents, peigne, savon, bottes bain, bref tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre toilette.
Petit déjeuner bon rapport qualité, divers charcuterie, fromage, pain, confiture et pâte à tartiner.
Le personnel est très sympa et attentif

L'educazione non è un optional...
Pros:

Nonostante si trovi su un incrocio, il posto è abbastanza silenzioso.
La camera aveva aria condizionata e frigo bar ben fornito. Letto.molto comodo.
I giardini carini ma poco curati.
Sul posto c'è un EV Charger.
Al nostro arrivo c'era un ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check-in in inglese, educato e gentile, purtroppo non lo abbiamo più rivisto.

Cons:

Durante la colazione (15€/p) a buffet, un signore dell'albergo ha cominciato ad urlarmi in francese un sacco di cose che non potevo comprendere. Mi ha preso il piatto e mi ha sgarbatamente spostato per poi con fare gentile ed educato dare ad un'altra coppia il tavolo che io avevo scelto a caso per la colazione. Mi sono sentita come una cliente dis seconda categoria, visto che non ha avuto la decenza neanche di scusarsi o di farsi capire. Questo è stato il punto nero più grande del nostro soggiorno.
Il bagno in camera pulito ed ordinato ma era solo disponibile la vasca da bagno che non aveva possibilità di fare la doccia visto che non era disponibile un supporto per il doccino (facilmente risolvibile) o una tenda per non inondare il bagno. Per un paio di notti come le nostre si poteva sopportare.
Insonorizzazione tra le camere un po' scarsa.

Mooie tuin. Ruime en propere badkamer.

Cons:

Geen personeel aanwezig. Bar niet open, geen restaurant, ontbijt basic. Wij sliepen straatkant en van 's morgens vroeg auto's te horen. Lelijk uitzicht vanuit kamer.
