Lot of opportunities for improvement in food, breakfast. Staff to improve interaction with guests.
Pros:

Breakfast was very average. Room service very limited items. No discipline. Other guests were making lots of noise at late night. Lots of disturbance but no staff came forward to inform to the concerned group that other guests are getting disturbed at night..

Pros:

The staff for me is the biggest strength of the hotel. Warm, well behaved and professional.

Cons:

The room size and upkeep. For the charges paid, that is the least anyone can expect. The water bottles given were of 500ML. I am sure it is obvious that 500ML water cannot satiate an adult. The room(331) needs some good amount of patchwork to be done as well.

Ok stay, good for quick stay and not for experience.

It was a ok stay. Location is good. The room service is good, food was ok.

Cons:

Buffet was served as ala carte. I was kept waiting for food for long, staffs are bit clueless. Overall it was ok stay. Though the name if premium room, the wasn't much premium. The hotel look little congested, food was ok, service was slow. Not many amenities. Just rooms

Bien y seguro
Pros:

El desayuno costaba unos 280 rupias y era muy bueno, buffet e incluía huevos revueltos. El personal muy amable. El restaurante barato, me pedía comida allí y la subían a la habitación. La habitación bárbara y limpia, instalaciones modernas y cómodas.

Cons:

La zona no es muy linda, como todo en India, pero en el hotel te sentís seguro. En el pasillo había un poco de olor a cigarro, hay una terraza donde mucha gente fuma y algunas habitaciones dan para ese lado. A mí por suerte pedí que me cambiaran de habitación porque justo mi ventana daba a la terraza y había hombres fumando allí.
