Over All experience is very Good. Hospitality, staff are very very Good. They helped in Lugguage etc. Smooth check in check out.

Cons:

Too costly Tea Room service. and The restaurant is such that you need to climb so many stairs. If a person is with legs and walking issues then it is problematic. Room service TOooo Expensive.

Overall, Good. Would go again, mainly bcoz the good behaviour from staff covers the minus points
Pros:

1. Behaviour of staff- exceptionally good. Remembering the good natured Aveskhan, Subham, Sanket (of restaurant), and Saket (guy) and a lady at the reception (lost the paper with her name)
2. Cleanliness.

2. Bathroom was really tiny
3. These days, all hotels have bathrooms where sunlight don't enter. All hotels. Would prefer hotels consider sunlight in future designs at least
4. Some more storage area- for suitcases

Poor facilities ,Reception staffs are unhelpful

The restaurant's service and cuisine are excellent and deserve praise.

Cons:

1.Room is very small, with dilapidated and unsafe facilities.

2.The bathroom floor is not slip-resistant, making accidents highly likely.

3.The staff are unhelpful. I called to inform them that I nearly had an accident due to faulty equipment and requested that they send someone to repair it. They agreed verbally, but in the end, nothing was done.

4.I repeatedly asked for toilet paper and towels to be replenished, but again, nothing was done in the end.
