Budget hotel with certain issues
Pros:

I would say the location, but it will be helpful for business travelers. For family travelers, it might not be as helpful as the surroundings are crowded, unclean, and noisy as near to busy 4 lane road and near main railway station of city.

Cons:

1. Room facing was bad. I booked a suit room, but its balcony opened to a smelly, ghostly back lane with no sunlight. I always kept it close.
2. The hotel has 2 restaurants, but one is non functional and in a shabby state. The other is functional but is running severely understaffed and with unskilled staff as repeatedly I was served main course followed by starter/ rice dishes followed by roti/ delayed service and cancellation of order after 15 mins of ordering. After a whole day of outing, being tired, me and my family had no choice but to stick with this restaurant only to avoid hassles of again going out for dinner.
3. I asked for breakfast but the reception person told me that the restaurant starts functioning at 11.00 hrs. I had to order breakfast online.

Decent stay for the pricing, Nice.
Pros:

Value for the pricing, decent property, supportive staff

Cons:

No airport shuttle facility with the hotel, hence no question of free airport shuttle service as mentioned in booking.com. Also no restaurant available in the property and hence no question of optional breakfast for inr 50 as mentioned in booking.com. Receptionist could have said politely & kindly when under pressure of workload, which makes a difference from every other property.

Good stay, value for money, food excellent
Pros:

Breakfast was not included. Location is five minutes walk from the railway station. Food in the restaurant was very good. We had mutton thali and Maharashtrian thali. The reception area was beyond my expectations.

Cons:

The room could have been a little bit more modern, if you know what I mean

Pros:

Had a pleasant stay at Brindavan Garden Courtyard Villa, Vagamon. The location is peaceful, the villa is newly built with a fully equipped kitchen, and caretaker Roshan was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

However, during heavy rains, the courtyard area got flooded which caused some inconvenience. Also, basic amenities like bedsheets, towels, and toiletries were missing

The stay that did not happen...and that is the best thing that happened

The staff at the Reception was friendly...

Cons:

I did not stay here as planned. The hotel had no room reserved for me. They told me that they do not take room bookings from Booking.Com seriously because the customers often do not turn up and the hotel loses money. They offered me a different room at a much higher rate. I refused their offer and stayed elsewhere. It was actually good for me because Hotel Greater Punjab had lousy rooms, bad linen, poor cleanliness, etc
The only thing going in their favor is that they are close to the Railway Station.
