Over the years cleanliness has gone down. Rest all good.
Pros:

It was next to my event location so I always stay here. Staff is helpful. Food was good & prepared as per my guidance.

Cons:

Unlike previous year, this year the rooms were very dirty, under the bed there was garbage, toilets had dead cockroaches, Toilet jet spray had foul gutter smelling water. All in all very disappointing the way cleanliness has gone down.

I would recommend this boutique hotel in a heartbeat.
Pros:

The staff was immensely helpful. We had a medical emergency and the staff acted immediately to help with transportation. They even stayed at the hospital during the emergency. This shows tremendously compassion and care.

I was stayed almost more than 10 times , it's very clean room is too good , staff is very pleasant n good helpful even hotel owner is very helpful for any queries best hotel in chattarpur area.
