The staff is excellent and the room was clean. We had gone for a couple of days and since there was 3 of us we needed a double bed and a single bed and the room needed to be slightly big. The room mgiven to us was just perfect.
It was a great value for money and everything was perfect.
No direct access by elevator to 11 floor, need to call for assistance or go by stairs
Room was neat and clean and comfortable.
Facility do not have restaurant, it should be informed at the time of booking.
Also breakfast quality was not good.

The staff is not professional hotel managers. People from street who have no idea about hotel management are appointed. They dont understand how to run a hotel. Unfriendly, arrogant, rogue, tying to con the guests by offering higher grade room at very high prices.
