Non c’è organizzazione, le ragazze in reception erano maleducate e non attente al cliente.

Non c’era nessuno all’ingresso della piscina e non si capiva assolutamente nulla su come poter entrare e uscire. Per uscire appunto bisogna avere un badge che non ci ha dato nessuno.

La stanza era male, sporca. Nel bagno era pieno di muffa nella doccia e la tavoletta del wc era rotta.

Per un hotel di 4 stelle ti aspetti di più.

Kein Glück im Hotel Fortuna
Pros:

Der einzige wirklich positive Aspekt unseres Aufenthalts war, dass uns die Rezeptionistin direkt beim Check-in das Restaurant „Sheriff Grill Pub - Centrum Petrićevac“ empfohlen hat, da das hauseigene Restaurant geschlossen war. Diese Empfehlung war hilfreich und vermutlich auch nötig, da es im Hotel selbst keine andere Möglichkeit gab.
Zudem sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und das WLAN funktionierte stabil – das sind jedoch leider schon die wenigen positiven Punkte.

Cons:

Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel auf, dass die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig lässt. Dieser Eindruck bestätigte sich während unseres gesamten mehrtägigen Aufenthalts, da in dieser Zeit keinerlei Reinigung stattfand. Weder wurden Handtücher gewechselt noch Müll entsorgt – ein Zustand, der für ein Hotel absolut inakzeptabel ist.

Besonders besorgniserregend war die Situation im Badezimmer: Die Elektroinstallation ist schlichtweg gefährlich. Beide Steckdosen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Handtuchheizkörpers waren aus der Wand gerissen und lagen offen – und das weniger als 50 cm vom Waschbecken entfernt. Hier besteht akute Lebensgefahr, insbesondere durch die Kombination von Wasser und offenliegender Elektrik.

Hinzu kommt massiver Schimmelbefall in der Dusche, was nicht nur unhygienisch, sondern auch gesundheitsschädlich ist. Als wäre das nicht genug, gab es nach etwa 10 Minuten bereits kein warmes Wasser mehr, was das Duschen zusätzlich unangenehm machte.

Ein weiterer gravierender Mangel war der Ameisenbefall im WC-Bereich. Offenbar befinden sich die Nester unterhalb der Dusche, da die Tiere regelmäßig von dort aus ins Badezimmer gelangen. Ein solcher Zustand ist für ein Hotel völlig untragbar.

Der Balkon konnte ebenfalls nicht genutzt werden, da durch den Türrahmen eine Schraube gebohrt wurde, die das Öffnen der Tür blockierte. Dies wirft nicht nur Fragen zur Nutzbarkeit auf, sondern auch zur Sicherheit – insbesondere im Hinblick auf mögliche Fluchtwege im Notfall.

Auch das angebotene Frühstück entsprach in keiner Weise der Beschreibung. Ein Frühstücksbuffet von 7:00 bis 10:00 Uhr existierte faktisch nicht. Um 7:00 Uhr war weder Kaffee noch Personal vorhanden. Erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde das Restaurant überhaupt aufgeschlossen. Von einem geregelten Frühstücksbetrieb kann hier keine Rede sein.

Dieses Hotel wirkt insgesamt stark vernachlässigt und heruntergekommen.

Dostopen hote, iz glavne cestel. Urejen ni najbolj. Tudi bazen ima masaže, ki pa niso delujoče.
Soba je velika, pojstle pa niso najbolj udobne.
