Good well maintained comfortable hotel, with friendly staff
Pros:

Good location to everything. A good selection of food for breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. Plentiful parking underneath hotel. Would stay again. Air conditioner provided.

Cons:

Slight sewerage smell in bathroom, the floor drain just needed water down it to create a water seal.

Best place to stay in Banja Luka.
Pros:

Perfect in every way. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, 180 degree
views and a little sitting area. Despite being close to the CBD the room was very quiet. Staff were professional and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing. Perhaps additional toiletries but we were really happy with our stay.
