Top 10 experience
Pros:

The staff are just incredible, they helped me a lot with a fantastic attitude, food was also beyond expectations.

Cons:

It looks a little outdated, but I guess is the style, furthermore it is one of the best places I have stayed. I will go back next week 😀

There are no words to describe our stay, we will coming back whenever we are in Delhi
Pros:

The property was clean and well presented and everything was very easy to find. The staff were impeccable, always courteous and very very helpful. Even though they were busy, they tended to all our needs with kindness and care.

Cons:

We booked several rooms for an event. One friend couldn’t come. Yeah we booked the category not redoundable . But for the other 5 rooms we booked they go their money. A shame that there was no cooperation. And I am pretty sure they used the room for another customer since it was Diwali time.
