Pros:

I found Laird's House a very inviting, comfortable and homely accommodation.

The staff were very happy and always helpful.

My room was made comfortable every day I was there. Bed made, room tidied.

Even the tea, milk and biscuits were stocked every day. I bought my own milk because I thought it wouldn't be refilled, but I needn't have bothered.

After coming back from a day of walking with my dog a cup of tea and a biscuit was great 😃

Even my dog was given dog treats every time he saw a member of staff.

The restaurant food at Laird's House really was amazing and in my opinion great value for your money.

I would most definitely stay here again.

Good value comfortable hotel in Bedlington. Handy for busnesss or short break stays.
Pros:

Location. Comfortable bed. Good pillows. Nice breakfast. Ver good evening meal. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Shower worked but needed a bit of maintenance.

Cons:

No bath robes when there's a bath in the room, no bubble bath and worn looking bath mat. Rooms and hallways could have done with a lick of paint, scuffs on walls etc

Thank you to all your staff for an excellent stay.
Pros:

We have stayed here a couple of times. It’s a great private hotel, with excellent staff. Everyone goes out of the way to make you feel welcome from the beginning. Great staff, good rooms, exceptionally clean and excellent food.
We took our dog again and the staff love pets. So an excellent stay again. Thank you to all the team.
