Pros:

Личи, че всичко е правено с голямо желание и любов, просторни, удобни стаи и легла, люлеещ се стол до камината... вкусна храна, фитнес с хубави уреди, възможност за разходка сред природата. Отидете до селцето на десетина минути от ризорта, за да усетите духа на мястото. Особено ни впечатли храмът Свети Николай Чудотворец с камбанарията и плочата с двуглавия орел вътре. Спа-то също не е лошо, но трябва да се сетите по-рано да помолите да напълнят и второто джакузи, особено когато има повече хора. Също е добре да се проверяват стаите преди настаняване, заредено ли е всичко: кана, чаши, тоалетни принадлежности, столове на тераса, за да не се налага да се търся допълнително. Иначе персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив. И да не забравя да предупредя, не разчитайте на закуската, защото на една жена ще стигне, но не и мъж - напр. една палачинка?!

Pros:

The property is amazing, every details is wonderful! The people in there are warm and nicely. Modern, quiet and in the spirit of mountain. For sure i will turn back there!
And the breakfast is very good, especially the traditional banitza.

Cons:

The only one thing is the cleanness in my villa. It was not very bad, this is one small note from me. If they make it better it will be 10/10, now 9/10!

Pros:

Мястото е уникално - тихо, спокойно, чист въздух, лесен достъп, перфектно за почивка. Комплексът също е добър - персоналът беше много отзивчив и усмихнат, храната в ресторанта е вкусна, басейнът и футболното игрище са много добре поддържани, зоокътът е интересен, личи си, че животните са добре гледани.

Cons:

Може да се обърне повече внимание на хигиената, за целия ни престой дори кошчетата не бяха изхвърлени, нито стаите почистени. Лично на мен матракът и възглавниците не ми бяха удобни, прекалено меки и ниски. Меката мебел на верандата в отделната сграда според мен не е удачна, твърде много се праши.
