Reasonable
Pros:

Have stayed at this establishment many times, especially when attending Edgbaston for cricket. The rooms and bathrooms are a reasonable size with the usual facilities. It is a Toby carvery so there is a restaurant on site. As well as a large free car park there are bus stops outside. There are also shops and take aways across the road

Very enjoyable, great staff, hall phones not working
Pros:

It was very clean and the rooms were spacious.
It was on a bus route from outside the door straight into the city.

Cons:

The bar closed before 10pm
The phones in the hallways did not work so it was impossible to get the porters attention in the night
I had requested a fridge in one of the rooms to put insulin and received an email saying this would be facilitated but it was not
