Helpful staff. good location.

Cons:

Poor cleanliness. Toilets were very dirty. No proper housekeeping staff was deputed.
Even after telling the staff to clean, they did not clean the toilet.

Worst experience I ever did

I liked that at least they had a roof above my bed

One of your guys called and said that can we change your hotel and I said only if the facilities will be the same and in the new one there was nothing like no parking space, no kitchen and I wouldn't have minded this if they told me this before but they didn't told me about this and the room was not clean the flush button was not working i ordered a tea which never came.And when I tried about telling this to the fab customer care he said that okay I will apply for your refund.Like bro your should have told me this before you changed my hotel that facilities will be less.I even asked him but he said it will be same.I would've not mind by paying 400 more for that.

Worst Hotel, Worst Staff, Don't Go There With Your Family
Pros:

Pathetic hotel, pathetic staff and the receptionist says he is the owner. No courtesy, the receptionist is full of attitude. Worst fellow to deal with. He was about to ruin our wedding ceremony. Never go there with your family.

Cons:

The Reception Guy is so rude. Due to his misbehaviour we cancelled the booking. Our money got stuck with them.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Please don't go to this hotel with your family ever. Worst experience.
