Suite mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Das Zimmer und das Hotel herausragend schön.
Alles sehr sauber. Ein zusätzliches Tagesbett mit Blick über Brixen. Die Aussicht auf Brixen ist unglaublich schön.

Cons:

Das Abendessen in der Form von Fine Dining war nichts für uns. Es gab kein vegetarisches Gericht auf der Karte. Der Koch hat improvisiert. Die Karte ist insgesamt zu klein. Das haben wir dann nur 1x gemacht. Der Service ist unheimlich freundlich, aber fachlich nicht perfekt geschult. Passt nicht zum Konzept. Uns war nach langen Wanderungen sowieso eher nach etwas Bodenständigen. Haben dann eher im Ort gegessen. Das Hotel liegt auf dem Berg. Zum Essen gehen ist daher anstrengend oder man muss mit dem Auto fahren.
Als offener Wein nur ein Müller-Thurgau. War geschmacklich nicht mein Fall. Als Einzelperson muss man, will man etwas anderes, eine Flasche bestellen. Das geht gar nicht. Die Sauna war leider auch defekt.

Pros:

Die Aussicht von unserer Suite und die Liegefläche vor dem Fenster mit Ausblick war toll. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend gestaltet und ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wir waren erstaunt, dass es bis auf eine Fasssauna keinen Wellness- und Fitnessbereich gab. Das Frühstück war für die Preisklasse überschaubar, aber von guter Qualität. Und im Bereich vegetarischer Gerichte und Menüs scheint noch Luft nach oben zu bestehen.
