הכל . המלון ממוקם ברכס הר מדהים ביופיו. מתקני המלון משתלבים עם הטבע וניכר כי הושקעה בהם מחשבה ואיכות. החדר הבסיסי שלקחנו מרווח מאוד. המלון מעניק ארוחת בוקר וארוחת ערב מדהימים בעושרם ואיכותם ובעיקר זה נוח מאוד ופותר הרבה מורכבויות בנסיעה בלילה למסעדות.

אולי נציין כי הבריכה קצת קטנה וששטחי הספא פחות מפנקים ממלונות מקבילים שהיינו

A 10/10 Dolomites family stay with breathtaking views!
Pros:

It’s an amazing, luxurious property in a beautiful location, right next to San Andrea village and very close to Brixen and Mount Plose. The hotel has been designed so thoughtfully that almost everywhere you go — from the rooms to the pool, gym and spa — you’re surrounded by incredible mountain views.

The staff are fantastic, including the owners themselves. We had the pleasure of meeting the three brothers who run the hotel, and they were incredibly welcoming, down-to-earth and attentive throughout our stay. We were travelling with our 2-year-old son, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

A special mention has to go to the restaurant staff, who were absolutely amazing with our son. Every evening, they prepared his place at the table just like ours, including his own high chair and cutlery — a small touch that made us feel incredibly welcome as a family. They were also extremely flexible with our dining times, allowing us to plan dinner around his routine rather than the other way around. One evening when Luigi was unwell, they went particularly out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we could still enjoy a wonderful dinner despite the circumstances. That level of care and flexibility really stood out to us.

We were genuinely delighted with our stay and would absolutely return.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing really stands out; it was a clear 10/10 experience for us!

If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to have some milk available in the room for tea and coffee. I’m sure that if we had asked, the staff would have happily brought some to us, so this is a very minor point.

Everything! I don't know where to begin. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with astounding mountain views. The saunas and plunge pool were amazing! The food should receive a Michelin star! Having a 5 course meal nightly was a delight!

Ein wirklich traumhafte Lage und eine wunderschöne und aussergewöhnlich gepflegte Anlage egal wohin das Auge blickt. Allein beim Ankommen in der Rezeption verschlägt es einem die Sprache. Eine Wellness Anlage, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Zwei herrliche Infinity Pools, Saunen, hochwertigste Geräte im Gym, Dampfbad, Wellnesswasser rund um die Uhr und Nachmittagsobst. Feines und extrem reichhaltiges Frühstück bis 11 Uhr. Durchweg sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Zimmer waren für diesen Preis nicht besonders aussergewöhnlich und auch eher klein. Offenes Bad, sprich, wenn jemand im Bad war, war der ganz Raum in gleissendem Licht erhellt. Abendessen; die vielen Mini-Gänge muss man mögen. Wir waren im August dort und es waren sehr, sehr viele Kleinkinder mit Kinderwägen und entsprechendem Geräuschpegel vor Ort. Tip ans Hotel; die elektronisch gesteuerten Rasenmäher vor den Zimmern "killen" den friedliche und erholsamen Blick auf die Berge, vor allem am Morgen.
