Perfect! I had a fabulous holiday.
Pros:

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The rooms are luxurious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with every comfort you could wish for.

The amenities were outstanding whether it was relaxing at the spa, enjoying the gourmet dining, or lounging by the pool, everything exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and the personalized service truly made me feel valued as a guest.

Location was ideal, convenient for exploring the city yet peaceful enough for a relaxing retreat. Every aspect of this hotel reflects excellence, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier experience. I can’t wait to return!

Schönes Hotel mit Potenzial, jedoch kein 5‑Sterne‑Erlebnis

Architektonisch ist das Hotel ein echtes Schmuckstück mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Brixen.

Cons:

Dennoch entsprach die Gastronomie insgesamt nicht dem erwarteten 5‑Sterne‑Niveau: Die Vorspeisen waren gut, doch mehrere Hauptgerichte, etwa Rinderbacke und Perlhuhn, waren trocken und enttäuschend.
Auch der Service wirkte unstrukturiert, da jeder Kellner jeden Tisch betreute und dadurch oft der Überblick fehlte, etwa bei Wein, Bestellungen oder der Getränkerechnung, für deren Unterschrift wir mehrfach nachfragen mussten. Beim Frühstück fehlten täglich grundlegende Dinge wie Zucker, Löffel oder ein kleiner Abfalleimer, und der Kaffee wurde jedes Mal ohne Zucker und ohne Löffel serviert.

Insgesamt fühlten wir uns im Hotel nicht wirklich wohl. Die meisten Angestellten waren freundlich, doch die jungen Besitzer begrüssten oder verabschiedeten uns nicht einmal.
Wir sind ein anderes 5‑Sterne‑Niveau gewohnt.

Ein positiver Aspekt bleibt: Dieser Aufenthalt hat uns bewusst gemacht, wie sehr wir unser Lieblingshotel im wunderschönen Südtirol schätzen.

Everything is just perfect here!
Pros:

Pros:

This was my second stay at Santre and, once again, it exceeded every expectation. Quite simply, it feels like heaven on earth.

The staff are absolutely flawless – friendly, professional, warm and genuinely attentive. The family themselves are always present and working incredibly hard alongside the team, which really shows in every detail of the hotel. Their dedication ensures everything runs perfectly and creates such a special atmosphere.

The hotel and facilities are immaculate, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. On both of my stays I booked a suite with a spa bath, and it was simply perfect – the ideal place to relax and unwind while enjoying the stunning surroundings.

The shuttle service and drivers who take guests up to the beautiful Plose are also fantastic for making the most of the incredible mountains.

And finally, the food. Last year, the best meal I had ever experienced was at Santre. This time, they somehow managed to surpass even that. Dinner here is truly exceptional – quite honestly the best I have ever had anywhere in the world. We stayed at another hotel with Michelin-starred dining just before arriving here, and it didn’t come close to Santre.

What makes the experience even more special are the countless little details and the incredible team behind them. Every member of staff excels in their role – from the bartenders to the cleaners, the waiters to the chefs. The level of care and pride they take in their work is extraordinary.

I genuinely cannot think of a single thing that could be improved. Santre is a truly special place and I cannot wait to return.

Unser Aufenthalt im Santre Dolomythic Home war einfach außergewöhnlich. Ich kann ehrlich sagen, dass ich noch nie in einem so beeindruckenden Hotel übernachtet habe.

Schon beim Ankommen spürt man sofort die besondere Atmosphäre des Hauses. Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet und strahlt eine unglaublich entspannte, stilvolle und hochwertige Atmosphäre aus. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Team – alle Mitarbeiter waren durchgehend äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut.

Auch kulinarisch war der Aufenthalt ein absolutes Highlight. Das Essen war auf höchstem Niveau – abwechslungsreich, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Für uns ganz klar: 10/10.

Der Spa- und Poolbereich ist traumhaft und bietet eine perfekte Möglichkeit, komplett abzuschalten. Die Aussicht auf die Dolomiten ist einfach atemberaubend. Auch die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet und der Blick vom Balkon ist unvergesslich.

Alles in allem war wirklich jedes Detail perfekt – vom Design über den Service bis hin zur Lage und Aussicht. Ein Ort, an den man unbedingt zurückkehren möchte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

It was joyful, nice and easy.
Pros:

Service is amazing, very subtle and makes you feel very comfortable, calm and uninterrupted. Rooms, food, views, spa - all amazing. Doesn’t feel crowded, and just enough.

Cons:

I only wish the SPA worked till later 😃
