Super clean, well kept and great facilities. location was nice to be out of the busy town but still walking distance.
There were a lot of people claiming sunlounges by pool in the early hours, which meant we didnt actually get to use the pool over the 4 days

In Zimmer man hört alles von Raum die Zimmer Türen war nicht gut und richtig geschlossen!
The location is the hotel’s biggest advantage. It’s right by the sea with stunning views over Cala Ferrera, and the sea view rooms are absolutely worth the extra cost. The hotel has been recently renovated and almost everything feels modern, fresh and very clean. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff—they were always kind, smiling and did a great job.
We booked bed & breakfast because we wanted to explore Mallorca, but after seeing the food selection, I think half board or even all inclusive is definitely worth considering. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh food, and the buffet in general has plenty of choice. Just keep in mind that some drinks are not included even with the all inclusive package.
The entertainment team deserves praise as well. One entertainer keeps guests active throughout the day with aqua aerobics, bingo, karaoke and other activities, and there is live music on some evenings. The hotel is also in a perfect location for exploring Cala d’Or and many of Mallorca’s most beautiful coves and beaches.
The biggest downside was the pool sunbed situation. Although reserving sunbeds with towels is officially not allowed, many guests do it early in the morning and by around 10 a.m. it’s almost impossible to find a free one. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t seem to enforce its own policy.
It was also disappointing that both the parking and the in-room safe require an additional fee.
Essenszeiten gut gestaltet, Abwechslung täglich. Sehr nahegelegen an der Bucht mit kurzem Weg dort hin. Schöne Bucht mit klarem Wasser. Hotel sieht sehr schön und gepflegt aus. Rezeption gut besetzt und sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen :) gut klimatisiert (bis aufs Treppenhaus). Zimmer mit Bad und Balkon gut ausgestattet und bequem. Modern und schön. Vom Essensbereich sowie vom Pool aus kann man auf die Bucht und das Meer schauen - wunderschöner Blick darauf! Öffentliche Busanbindung eine Straße weiter.
Fitnessraum und Duschen vorhanden. Kleiner Supermarkt schräg gegenüber.
Wir haben uns rundum wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt!
Die Liegen am Pool waren morgens um halb 10 schon alle von den Gästen belegt, obwohl nur wenige Gäste wirklich am Poolbereich waren.. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass das Personal mehr kontrolliert bzw mehr darauf aufmerksam macht, dass man keine Liege länger als 15 min reservieren darf. In 5 Tagen Aufenthalt hatten wir nicht einmal eine Liege bekommen (erst ab 16.00 uhr war es einfacher)...
