Pros:

The staff is very helpful

Cons:

The place is dirty, there isn’t always hot water for showering
The breakfast is very poor and it’s on another entirely different hotel and you have to walk to it.
Also, the location of the hotel is in a dangerous area and we felt very unsafe walking there

Amazing location in a local area
Pros:

The staff was very polite and the location great! The hotel is situated in the old city part, so we were in the middle of the local area which was great. There were tuk-tuks right outside, so it was easy to get anywhere. We felt safe around the hotel, also walking alone to sights during the daytime.

Cons:

The shower was not always warm, but that is a general problem.. It could have been cleaner, but for the price it was satisfying.

Staff we very friendly and assisted where necessary

Cons:

Rooms were dirty - door handles needed cleaning, cockroaches in the bathroom.
Room has to be changed immediately upon check-in as lights weren't working.

La situation la vue pas d eau l électricité....nous avons écourté notre séjour c était juste pas possible . Même les tuktuk ne connaissent pas l hotel . Nous avons fait tout a pieds et dépenser vraiment trop d argent pour rien .j ai pas fait de photos je le regrette

It was dirty. Poorly cleaned. The location was surrounded by squalid. The shower didn’t work. The air con didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. The power went out twice. I’ve never changed hotels before but I did with this one.

Good stay with good location
Pros:

Staff was really helpful, good location - no noises, close to the railway station, beds were very comfortable

Sometimes there was not an electricity, but it was fixed immediately
