Everything was perfect! The staff was very kind and incredibly helpful. On our last evening, sharukh even offered us a room to freshen up and get ready before our flight, free of charge.
The hotel was in a good locality, shops, restaurants, cabs all were easily available. The staff were helpful, always keeping an eye on the comfort of the people staying with them. Good breakfast! Great service!

部屋の写真は相当昔のものかなと思います。トイレのボタンは押したらパーツが落ちてきたので、別に部屋に変えてもらいました。２つ部屋の枕を確認したら、どちらも毛が数本ついていて、私は一気にホテルの清潔さが不審になりました。タオルも洗われているのか分からないなと。とにかく一泊だったので良いかなと思います。旅先で実際に部屋を見て嫌だなと思っても、キャンセルできないのは残念なシステムですよね。

The location is nowhere near anything important. The staff weren’t available when I arrived and fast asleep. There wasn’t any towels given or soap and it was unclean. Terrible value for money. I left early because it was so bad. Everything was broken.
