Location, cleanliness, helpful staff.
A very minor thing but it would have been good to have a toaster in the apartment.
Very central location made everything easy to see and do. Comfortable bed and sofa. Very welcome air conditioning unit during hot weather. Good facilities e.g. lighting and mirrors. Parking arrangements in the nearby public car park worked well (but it does have some stairs).
Quite steep stairs, we were fine but they could be difficult for anyone with a minor mobility issue. Slightly irritating to have just the bathroom tap for washing up.
Excellent location. Lovely and quiet at night. Big, airy rooms with beautiful sash windows. Great coffee machine with a good selection of coffees to choose from. Best shower ever!!! 😀👍🏼
Big stain on the sofa bed. Holes in the duvet cover. Hole in the blanket. No big mugs.

Really handy for Canterbury. The rooms location meant it was quiet.
Stairs to first floor and basement are difficult if you have mobility issues.

The location was great. Central but out of the way of the noise and bustle of the high street in a lovely (Georgian?) street. There is a wonderful community cafe next door and Number 8 is near a couple of good pubs - love the beer garden at the White Hart - and two restaurants right opposite. Good facilities for a suite - plus communal kitchen if you need more - and a really comfortable bed. Would definitely return.
I would have preferred mugs to paper cups in the suite.
Veldig sentralt i gamlebyen, ikke langt unna Cantebury Cathedral, shopping og restauranter. Veldig rent og fint rom, enkel tilgang med kodelåser. Veldig hyggelig vert som driver kafeen ved siden av. Savnet frokostservering, men med kjøleskap på rommet og engangsartikler så løste vi det med mat på rommet.
We stayed in the King Room, which is the smallest room, but it was still big enough (We wasn’t in the room lots anyway)

Not a complaint as such, but something I thought worth mentioning - It was quite dusty.
Great location, clean and good facilities in the heat with aircon and a fan. Owners were very helpful with anything we asked and nothing was too much trouble
