Cons:

The room looks okay but the furnitures are old and smelly. The free Wifi doesn’t work. No local or free tv. Breakfast are not acceptable only crackers and coffee. Overall we are not happy. It’s not worth it.

Cons:

Self check in no human. The phone person told how to obtain a key to the villa to my thai wife. The person could not direct which villa location only room number which is on key. The place is fairly dark, with no signs to which villa identification number. Walk to door look with phone light to identify. Light is adequate when you turn on lights to the villa . There are umbrellas for use. The next morning, there was no hot breakfast that was to be included. There were crackers and good coffee. 1 worker we see on the floor above would not acknowledge English or thai language. Another worker bumped into us as we were going to leave the key . My wife asked why no breakfast as was advertised on Booking.com ? Response was I am new employee 1st day . They have fabulous facilities if they put up directions of use or have a person to answer questions. The other couple had the same issues. That did not use the app. Simply lack of service ruined what would be Incredibly good stay. My wife is a retired accountant and a small business owner . Intelligent enough to communicate with in English or Native Thai language. The place was very clean .comfortable facilities. It's just unpleasant with a lack of communication. Gate entrance has remote control with key . Very secure after dark. Exceeded expectations and also destroyed the pleasant environment. It is very confusing how to rate this place. So good and different

Quiet place to stay with ample room and responsive management .
Pros:

Management was very responsive to our needs throughout our stay. Helped us with laundry and secured transportation to Bangkok.

Cons:

Wish we were closer to big stores or night market. We were able to use Grab for food at times , but was challenging to get rides into town due to limited drivers in the area.

Great value for a stopover on a long car journey
Pros:

Spacious, clean, comfortable fully equipped apartment. Very convenient as a stopover on way between Bangkok and the northeast.

Cons:

Self check in a bit difficult for non Thai speakers but manager promptly send staff to help us. Quite far away from centre of Chaiyaphum.

I would stay here again
Pros:

The suite was large and clean. The queen sized bed was comfortable. The location was convenient and there was on site parking. Check in and check out was very easy. They were quite easy and flexible about an issue that we had. I would recommend staying there. In total I have stayed there close to three weeks over four visits. The price is very affordable too.

Cons:

No in room safe. There's no furniture to put clothing in. That was my biggest dislike. Having to constantly take clothing out of a suitcase on the floor gets tiring. The suite has sufficient room for a dresser or chest of drawers.
