Nothing at all i was highly disappointed with the owners and team of oyo, No facilities were given as the promised room was so smelly and unclean. They charge more than what the booking amount shows forcefully and when you call customer care with your concern they try to solve it but the manager and their team no One gives a damn shit about it. Horrible experience contacted customer care three times no resolution at all talk no ground work. No personal Parking park at your own risk no TV or wifi as promised they just switch it off after a while no towels or toiletries you have to ask them to give them to you staff was just there to grab money 💰 only no responsibility ir sense of customer service mattress was very uncomfortable and no cusioining at all you can feel aal the springs on your back whole night burnt holes everywhere in mattress no ventilation or windows for ventilation it all was just waste of money and no peace of mind at all. No call back as promised by Booking.com even after raising a ticket on customer care service at everything were just to make fools and extortion of money by hotel staff they just say to customer care that customer had taken some extra service without even checking in .how could someone take any type of services just fooling around customers and customer care peoples. As customer care people only talk in english there's no transparency and resolution as most people lack communication with different languages. All this is a matter of great concern if anyone reading this then it's not worth spending money better look at other booking portals and hotels or directly approach the hotel.

This hotel is associated with OYO and that is one of the problems. OYO contacted me directly via mail and kept pressuring me for making early payment and even offered a discount of 1554 for it. So I made a payment of 8807 via OYO payment link provided by OYO. But when I reached the hotel, the hotel refused to allocate rooms to us for the amount we had paid. OYO Customer Care was of NO HELP. Finally I had to make a payment of Rs.2000 more to get rooms. SO THE FINAL AMOUNT I PAYED WAS Rs. 10807(8807+2000). THIS IS MORE THAN Rs.10316 THAT I WAS INFORMED WHEN I MADE THE BOOKING. ALSO THE HOTEL HAD NO KITCHEN WHILE BOOKING.COM MENTIONED AS BREAKFAST INCLUDED. WHERE WILL THE BLOODY BREAKFAST COME WHEN THE HOTEL HAS NO KITCHEN
