Beau séjour. Bel emplacement. Bon accueil

Le personnel était disponible et gentil. Très serviable, surtout de la part des 2 messieurs. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant le départ à l'aéroport pour l'après-midi.

Cons:

L'annonce laissait comprendre qu'il y avait vue sur la mer. Hors au 3è nous n'avions pas la vue et il y avait un grand poteau électrique devant la terrasse.
Heureusement que la belle terrasse supérieure rattrapait les choses avec cette superbe vue dégagée sur la ville et sur la mer un peu plus loin

Nói chung hài lòng vì căn phòng đẹp view đẹp đủ tiện ích nên sẽ quay lại nếu phù hợp với mục đích.
Pros:

Phòng này là duy nhất trong khách sạn có gác lửng, view đẹp. Cách thiết kế phòng và không gian ấm cúng cho cảm giác như đang ở nhà.
Phòng có bếp riêng, máy giặt, tủ lạnh lớn, tiện nghi, có đủ các dụng cụ nấu ăn làm bếp sạch sẽ.
Gần hàng quán và chợ truyền thống.

Cons:

Gần bãi biển nhưng bãi biển quá dơ nên ngại tắm.
Lò vi sóng không có riêng phải sử dụng chung ở bếp tập thể. Lò vi sóng bẩn, ko vệ sinh sạch sẽ thường xuyên.
Cửa hàng tiện lợi và siêu thị ở khá xa phải đi bộ khoảng 20 phút.
Dịch vụ thuê xe máy không xứng với giá tiền. xe cũ, trục trặc giữa đường. may là không leo đèo hay đi đường xa trung tâm.
Có khiếu nại nhưng không được giảm giá thêm chút nào nên chuyến đi không thấy vui. Thuê xe mắc tiền, đổ đầy bình xăng nhưng lại không đi xa toàn ở nhà và chỉ đi được vài tiếng đồng hồ.
Nhân viên check-in là cô nữ có thái độ phục vụ không tốt, khi tôi thấy bất tiện về việc khách sạn không có máy pos quẹt thẻ cho khách hàng, mà còn trả treo với khách. Mấy anh trực lễ tân còn lại thì ok.

Really good value apartment in Nha Trang
Pros:

The location in a quiet
green alley, helpful and kind housekeeping staff, quality bedding.

Cons:

We stayed in 2 bed room apartment 301 and had bad odor from the kitchen sink (reception was informed several times and promised to send technician to fix the issues but no one came to do it).

Pros:

Phong cách thiết kế và decor rất ấn tượng. Mình nhìn thấy cái là thích luôn. Đến thì biết chủ nhà là kiến trúc sư ... Thể nào 😍. Mình cũng làm thiết kế, nhưng tiếc là chưa gặp anh chủ nhà.
Các phòng tiện nghi đầy đủ., phòng của mình còn có cửa sổ view phố nữa. Đi bộ ra bờ biển cũng không quá xa.
Giá cũng dễ chịu nữa.
Rất đáng để giới thiệu với du khách đến Nha Trang để nghỉ và tắm biển. Phù hợp với nhiều nhóm khách. Cặp đôi, gia đình, nhóm bạn.

Có thể là một chút tiếng ồn, cách âm. Nhưng không quá đáng kể

Modern facility with informed staff, friendly and accommodating, room was larger than advertised, bed comfortable, hot water in shower, elevator building and 2 waters delivered by door, location in northern section of nha Trang away from tourist center, but in my case there were plenty of restaurants and nearby winmart.
