Pros:

La habitacion era muy grande y tenia un buen balcon. Queda un poco lejos de la playa pero la zona no esta tan masificada de turistas. Repetiria.

Даже не знаю, откуда начать. Мы забронировали Family Suit with a Balcony. За пару недель до приезда владелец начал просить меня отменить бронирование, чтобы они не платили комиссию букингу. Я не стала отменять, так как это была праздничная неделя во Вьетнаме и было бы неприятно узнать, что номера нам не осталось. За пару дней нам сказали, что в нашем номере сломалась электрика и они просят заселиться нас в номер поменьше. При этом на airbnb я нашла номер, похожий на мой, только что выложенный, но по более высокой цене. Создавалось впечатление, что они продешевили и хотели сдать этот номер дороже. Когда мы приехали, на месте оказалось, что в Family Suit with a Balcony нет балкона. Я сначала не поняла, что его вообще нет и номер всего один у них такой, поэтому попросила меня переселить в номер, где есть балкон. Менеджер, пренеприятнейшая личность, сначала отказал, сославшись, что таких номеров сейчас нет, а когда я показала объявление с airbnb сказал, что наш номер дешевле стоит)) Потом он пытался сказать, что я сама виновата, ведь на фотографиях к Family мать его Suit with a Balcony нет балкона и надо было внимательнее смотреть. На то, что у них в названии этого типа номера есть Balcony они руками разводили только. Короче, договорились, что пару дней мы живем в нашем номере без балкона, а с 18 числа переселяемся в номер, где он есть. Спойлер: это не произошло ни 18, ни 19 числа. Я сказала, что 20 числа уже нет смысла нам переезжать, осталось меньше половины нашего пребывания. Мы договорились с администратором, что нам предоставят скидку. Естественно, никакой скидки мы не увидели. Он сначала спросил, обсудила ли я скидку с владельцем отеля (что блин??), а потом снова с пеной у рта доказывал нам, что Family Suit это самый большой их номер и мы должны быть рады, что там оказались (чел, я его забронировала, ты мне какую конкретно услугу оказываешь?).

Теперь о самом номере: это треш.
