Cheap and cheerful and was adequate for my needs
Pros:

I needed a hotel that was close to the sleeper bus station as my bus departed at 9.30pm. The hotel was adequate. The room was big, the bed is firm but comfortable. There is a lift to the and floor plus stairs if you want

Overall,not good,not recommended and I won’t stay this hotel next time
Pros:

Good service staff,easy going,they are funny and nice

Cons:

No warm water in the morning and evening,no water drinking,

Good value, with room for improvement
Pros:

Location was just off the main road, and about 2 streets from the main beach area. Lots of eating places nearby.

Cons:

It was a total breakdown in communication language-wise (long story). At check-in, it seemed to me like they were not expecting us as they could not locate the booking. After finding said booking, we were "upgraded" to a room for 4 (we booked a twin-sharing room). The place was a little run-down, the sheets still had strands of hair on them, the toilet sink was loose and "sinking", the one or two pieces furniture in the room was really old and could do with a coat of paint, and I spotted a cockroach (maybe more). Electrical plugs were only available at 2 spots (in a room for 4!). Other than that, there was nothing else provided, not even a bottle of water. We didn't mind, but just note-worthy that there was no cleaning done during our 3-day stay... I only noticed the trash being emptied once.
