The schedule for Norderney’s Island ferry is continually changing, as ferry-crossing times are dependent on the tides. The travel time from Norddeich Ferry Port to Norderney Island is approximately 50 minutes. For a fee, guests can leave their cars at Norddeich Ferry Port, which has a large car park.

When booking our tower suite with whirlpool, please note that it is spread over three levels, connected by narrow, steep, space-saving stairs. As a highlight, our tower suite on the third level offers a whirlpool with a view over the entire island.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Die Lage war super . Wir hatten eine Junior Suite die sehr stylisch und modern war. Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich :)

Es war sehr stickig und heiß . Im gesamten Hotel.Ich habe die Klimaanlage vermisst ..Selbst im Zimmer war es sehr unangenehm..

Uns scheint eine bewusste Täuschung vorzuliegen und wir sollen ungerechtfertigt 100 % Stornierungskosten bezahlen.
Cons:

Suite (Turmzimmer) mit extrem steilen Treppen über 3 Stockwerke. Für ältere Gäste gefährlich und nicht zu bewältigen. Hinweis über diese Tatsache völlig versteckt unter zusätzlichen Informationen und auf keinem Foto ersichtlich. Mussten deshalb vom Bezug des Zimmers absehen. Das wir 80 % des Zimmerpreises bezahlen sollen finden wir völlig unangebracht. Bei solcher Täuschung liegt das Verschulden, dass das Zimmer nicht bezogen werden kann, nicht beim Gast. Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer, es war leider keines mehr verfügbar. Wir mussten ein anderes Hotel suchen. Der Chef des Hotels war im Hause, ein sehr netter Receptionist hat sich bemüht zu vermitteln. Der Chef hat sich nicht gezeigt, es hat ihn nicht interessiert.

Ligging is centraal in het centrum en dichtbij het strand.
Vriendelijk personeel.
In -en uitchecken verliep zeer soepel.
Heerlijke douche.
Ontbijt is uitgebreid, zelfs met lactosevrije opties.

Cons:

Verwarming is aan terwijl het 22 graden is.
In de nacht is er op zaterdag een hard zoemgeluid. Vorige keer ook.
Badkamer en toilet is wel een krappe ruimte.
