⭐ 1 stella, esclusivamente perché non è possibile assegnarne zero.

Ritengo doveroso segnalare quanto accaduto durante il soggiorno. La stanza era estremamente fredda e, recandomi personalmente alla reception per chiedere assistenza, sono stato accolto con un atteggiamento che definisco gravemente offensivo e inaccettabile.

Non si è trattato di una semplice scortesia: sono stato trattato con arroganza e totale sufficienza, con urla e insulti, nonostante avessi posto una richiesta assolutamente normale e legittima. Alcune espressioni utilizzate nei miei confronti le ho inoltre percepite come discriminatorie e razziste.

La situazione è stata talmente grave da farmi prendere in considerazione la possibilità di contattare i Carabinieri. Il Lascio questa recensione non per una semplice insoddisfazione relativa al soggiorno, ma per segnalare la gravità del trattamento ricevuto.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat eine richtig schöne, gemütliche Atmosphäre – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Der Gastgeber ist ein cooler Typ, aber gleichzeitig sehr nett und freundlich. Unser Kind hatte großes Interesse an der Sauna im Garten, und der Gastgeber hat ihm geduldig und aufmerksam gezeigt, wie man das Feuer richtig macht.
Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit Brot und Kuchen. Man sieht, dass der Gastgeber alles alleine macht und ständig beschäftigt ist – wirklich beeindruckend, wie fleißig und kompetent er ist.

Cons:

Vielleicht wäre es eine gute Idee, ein paar neue Tischtennisbälle zu besorgen. Die, die in der Schublade beim Tisch liegen, sind leider alle schon etwas kaputt.😂

Las instalaciones. Antiguas. Sin ascensor. Habitación "de luxe" que dejaba mucho que desear. Baño antiquísimo y habitación muy mejorable.

Das Zimmer war groß mit 2 Balkons,Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Badezimmer sehr klein,kein Minikühlschrank,keine Klima....Bettwäsche mit jede Menge Löcher. Für 1 Nacht war es ok.
