The owner and staff are hosts without comparison, making your stay truly memorable
Pros:

The hotel is very central, but the staff were superb. Teresa was on hand to provide every assistance, and the owner Miguel, sorted out a minor issue that was beyond his control very quickly. The welcome you receive is truly exceptional and we shall stay in this hotel when we next visit. While the total does not have parking, the staff were on hand to direct us to parking near to the hotel that was free of charge. The room was large and very well appointed.

Tutto perfetto! Nel centro di Ciutadella.. Teresa host discreta e disponibile!
Frutta fresca, acqua ,the e caffè sempre disponibile nella hall.
Per non parlare dei teli mare sempre puliti ogni mattina da poter usare per poi riporli nel cesto al rientro..stessa cosa per ombrelloni , creme solari .

Pros:

Struttura ben curata e centrale! C'è tutto il necessario compreso il kit spiaggia.
Staff gentilissimo!
Camera spaziosa e ben arredata.

Cons:

Sarebbe stato bello avere un terrazzino un balconcino in cui stendere le cose bagnate della spiaggia ma ovviamente dipende dall' architettura del palazzo.
La vera nota dolente è il bagno: bellissima la doccia a vetri ma sarebbe stata gradita Privacy per il gabinetto. Pure il gabinetto è vetrato (anche se principalmente satinato) ma ovviamente si vedeva tutto.

It is such a lovely place to stay in Menorca. Very warm welcoming, super clean, perfect location! Teresa made our day with her local beach suggestions. The beach kit helps a lot, including everything you would need. Highly recommended!!

Calme, confort et bien être
Pros:

Tout et particulièrement la situation de l’hôtel en plein centre et à côté du bar resto Lavall juste parfait à toute heure. On peut se garer très facilement aux alentours. Et big up pour la chambre dont le design et le confort sont irréprochables. C’était notre dernière nuit à Minorque et nous ne savions pas que Ciutadella était si belle sinon nous l’aurions préféré au bord de mer.
