AC was not working...and for the deluxe room charging Rs 4800 without any amenities... pathetic...No lift also

Little bit arrangements need , like TV recharge, and Ac remote control misplaced.
But AC is good working.
The manager is polite. Rooms are spacious.
No elevator, No feel good it's just too basic, no restaurant, limited staff, WIFI was not working, AC was horrible ice blocks came out of AC & water leakage from AC on bed, in washroom the flush was not working, jet spray doesnt have a force at all, warm water doesnt flow through shower, no kettle, no dental kit, pillows are very thick, frequent power cuts and it comes back after like 10 to 20 mins, cupboards doesnt have any doors its just naked, doesnt have ceiling fan instead wall mounted fans which are noisy, no door mat, washroom mat. Better book hotels near kanyakumari police station there are many hotels.
Location is good. Staffl behaviour is good although response is slow due to limited staff.
Cleanness needs to be improved. Price is high as per the facilities available.

I am happy that I left there early in the morning
it was terrible, the staff was incapable of anything, the water was turned off, there was no soap, the bed linen was not changed after the previous guest, there was hair everywhere, I was forced to fill out a bunch of documents and kept for an hour at the reception, there was not even toilet paper! the electricity was turned off all night, then why is the generator outside???

No hot water, very noisy fan, mites on the bed, Google map says there is laundry service but there wasn’t
