Смятам, че това е недопустимо за хотел с 4 звезди, тъй като услугата за посрещане и съдействие с багаж е част от очаквания стандарт.
Бих искала да изразя недоволството си от почистването на стаята по време на престоя ми.
То се състоеше единствено в оправяне на леглата и смяна на кърпите.
Кофите за боклук бяха препълнени, банята беше цялата в пясък, и ми се налагаше сама да почиствам, за да поддържам хигиена.
Считам, че това не отговаря на стандарт за хотел с 4 звезди и очаквам да бъде взето предвид за подобряване на услугата.

Хотела е хубав, чист, близо до плажа и с добра закуска. Сменяха кърпите и почистваха всеки ден. Басейна и външния бар също са супер. Подземния паркинг е голямо предимство.
Дават само една ключ карта за цялото семейство, картата е кодирана и само тя може да включи електричеството в стаята. Съответно като се върнем на обяд от плажа в хотела, фоайето и коридорите са климатизирани и много приятни а в стаята е 40+ градуса. Вечер е същата история. Не знам какво ще спестят от това, че не може да работи климатика като те няма в стаята и го пускаш на максимум като се прибереш!!! Август месец в най-големите жеги. През ноща трудно се спи на такава жега. Хотела е на главна улица и нощно време има всякакви състезатели със шумни мотори пречещи на спокойствието. В други хотели в Приморско не сме имали такива елементарни проблеми с климатика и шума. Не бихме отишли отново там.
My parents also stayed at the hotel, they think it's perfect. Close to the beach, great food, friendly staff.

Clean facilities, a lot of food ( and variety as well ) , staff was very friendly, nice and cozy atmosphere, beautiful pools, for a busy area and although there are many tourists in Primorsko, the hotel was well preserved and it looks as if it is brand new (opened this year).
Nothing bad, really.
The staff were very efficient and friendly. What food we had was very good. Relatively short walk to beaches and restaurants. Hotel helped with taxi bookings when needed.
The music was too loud around the pool and bar area and actually unnecessary. Our room was on 3rd floor and overlooked the pool area which meant we had no peace and quiet if we wanted it. Music started at 0830 until 2300 with a short gap around 1300. Closing our balcony door made little difference. The cleaning staff could be heard talking from 0800 each day in the corridor which was disturbing if we wanted a lie in.

First the positives - the two outdoor swimming pools, a pool bar, and the breakfast were quite nice. The staff - were generally welcoming, but it didn't feel like they cared about the quality of our stay but were following a script/set of rules - especially the hotel manager. The bartenders at the pool were great, however, they were not allowed to make "off the menu" cocktails saying they'll have to charge for every ingredient separately. The "cleanness" of the place that they're so proud of was overdone - the "SPA" area was unusable due to intense chlor smell - I couldn't spend there more than 5 minutes. It is worth mentioning that the covered pool with the roof is 14+ so if you're planning vacation with kids - this is not an area available to them. Breakfast was decent, a little repetitive, but it was not bad at all.
Now the negatives - in the order or importance:
1. We did not sleep for the first night because of the loud noise/vibrations in our room coming from the roof. Apparently someone in the kitchen forgot to turn off the exhaust fans which were in close proximity above our room that was causing the noise/vibrations. The hotel staff couldn't care less - the answer from the hotel via the booking.com chat was that "nobody complained before" about the noise in the room, despite the fact that I measured 66.4 db at 1 AM in the morning. They didn't even try to investigate or solve it. I had to troubleshoot the issue myself and point to what was causing it - it was torture - I don't wish anyone to go through it, and this night - was the worst experience I ever had on booking.com - and I stayed in "shady" places in developing countries - nothing beats this! In any case, if you're going to stay in one of the largest and more expensive rooms in the hotel - the family room A2 on the 4th floor, be prepared that you can only sleep between 22:00 and 6:00 as the fans turn on at 6:00 and off at 22:00.
2. The hotel manger insists that no food or drinks bought outside the hotel are allowed to the room. When I asked for the confirmation via booking.com chat asking if it was true (I had a feeling that he wanted me to bribe him), I got an excuse for the answer that by this policy they're able to keep the hotel clean, despite the fact that they have in room dining service. Complete nonsense - their own food doesn't create mess? In any case - if you expect to have a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony, or buy snacks for your kids - beware, it's against the hotel rules.
3. The SPA was unusable due to strong chemical smell - I couldn't be on the same floor with the said SPA for more than 5 minutes - in the spa area itself I managed to stay only 30 seconds - then had to leave because my eyes were sore.
