Very bad experience
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

Stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling to Bangalore. I booked it through Booking.com based on the photos and ratings, which looked promising. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.

The rooms were extremely unhygienic. The bedsheets and blankets appeared unwashed, and the bed had an unpleasant smell. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom—it was full of stains and marks, making it feel very unclean.

After raising our concerns, we were shown around six different rooms, but all of them were in a similar condition. Even the walls had visible dirt and stains. Since we had traveled all the way from Pondicherry and had no other option at that time, we were forced to stay.

To make matters worse, we couldn't sleep properly due to the constant noise throughout the night. There is also no elevator available, which may be inconvenient for many guests.

For nearly ₹3,000, this stay was a complete waste of money. If hygiene, cleanliness, and a peaceful night's sleep are important to you, I would strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Breakfast and Lunch were included in price but it was disappointing that they said dinner cannot exceed 150 rupees where as I paid 350 for one meal and 165 for breakfast. The washroom was not clean and shower was leaking. Very disappointed with the experience. There is no customised menu for either Breakfast and Meal either Lunch/Dinner.
