May be just around fair or a notch below due to location and unserviceable geyser
Pros:

Basic amenities in terms of bed was just okay.

Cons:

Location of the was not accessible even with Google maps and constant directions were required to reach the hotel. Also the blankets, towels and linen were dirty.
Also basic amenities in terms of geyser was not functional.
No wifi and no restaurant was available. No ventilation and very small room in comparison with the photos
