Disappointing 😞
Pros:

The location next to the mall is great.

Cons:

-Peeling wallpaper in the room.
-Dirty room like it had not been cleaned.
-We arrived at 4pm and still had to wait an hour for the room.
-there were power cuts which is not their fault. But no backup for the elevator. Staff told us to use the stairs. It was the 20th floor. When we got there we could not open the door because they are one way emergency exit doors only. So we walked back down and the staff told us to wait for the power.
-There was 1 bath towel in the room on arrival. For 2 people. No hand towels no floor towel

Suspect we were given the room without it being cleaned. Staff were polite but not helpful given the difficulties.

For a brand new hotel it was a very very disappointing experience. And in return they offered no solution, just the word sorry and charging us to having breakfast brought to the room when we were sick. Sickness possibly aggravated by walking 40 floors in a dark stairway in a power cut and still not being able to get to the room.

location is very convenient . excellent customer service

Cons:

lift to the top floor is slow. no housekeeping services offered had to call. intercom was not functioning and not serviced fr first day we informed the front desk .

Veel dingen die net werken zoals internet, telefoon. Airconditioning die teveel lawaai maakt en het is slecht onderhouden.

theres no wifi during my stay and they did not even give cashback for it. I waited too long for the transfer of room but it has already been 2 hours

Si vous voulez des clients occidentaux, va falloir travailler sur des parametres importants

La gentillesse et la courtoisie du personnel . L appartement de 36 m2 vraiment super.

Cons:

1 ascenseur sur 3 en fonction en permanence.c est penible d attendre son tour 10 mn..
Surtout le petit dejeuner, on est loin du standard European.. encore heureux gratuit mais vraiment nul.. un mini buffet 1 jour sur 2 ..café, riz.quelques fruits..0 croissants/pain/biscotte/confiture/ beurre/jus de fruit..
Pour finir un coin pourri au fond de la cour pour fumer sa clope.
Et il faut demander pour un petit menage dans la chambre ou tu vois personne..
La nuit 0 lumiere au level 6 , pas pratique pour aller flaner a coté de la piscine.
